S: omg, i'm out of popcorn! and I have 85 calories left. I had a rice cake (60) and a cup of tea with 1/8tbsp. 2% milk!

L: Ceaser salad from Wendy's with grilled chicken, no croutouns and half pkg of 90 calorie ranch dressing.
S (after donating blood): Fruit cup in light syrup - 90.
D: 1/2 C oatmeal, 1 TB LF p butter - 260.
Various fruit throughout the day.
