Hey girls! How are you all? Well I had a bit of a free for all weekend. I kept everything mostly in calorie range, but my sodium went up and up so now I'm paying for it! LOL! My August plan is to really stay focused. I got my Cali trip in September so I got something to work for.
Gagyrl- to you for wanting to make a lifestyle change. I know it's hard, but you have something to work for and that always helps!!
CoolMom- Yeah I know what you mean, I really gotta say NO to eating out and stuff...it really drives my sodium UP! Good to see you!
RockNRoll- LOL about the tea..I had one last week..oh yeah it did it's job.
I'm not worrying about my calories too much until after the move, but I figured I should keep track so I don't go too crazy and start gaining. Must maintain at the very least (for now.)
As of tomorrow I only have 3 weeks left of a job that I've been frustrated with for awhile. Yay! I cant wait to be free! I hope I can find a good job I like when we get to WA.

down nearly 4 pounds this week! Woohooo! I shouldn't have a problem meeting my 150 goal, then its only 20 pounds to goal. I feel like its "only" 20 more pounds LOL, but that is still a big chunk.
Today wasn't my best day. I did a little bit of senseless eating when I wasn't exactly hungry. I stopped myself though, and did a little extra DDR to help burn off the calories and the guilt. Still having trouble with carbs!!!

Zenor- on your future job search in WA....it only took me a month and half, but that's because i took it easy and I was picky.
Ohhkay- The beginning is always the hardest. You'll get the hang of it soon! Just try not to be too hard on yourself, otherwise you'll be even more discouraged. You can do it!
My weekend...no computer at the cottage, so I tried to keep a journal. Didn't do well. I really need to get the weekends under control so that I'm not undoing all my hard work during the week. Calories for Monday: 1400...back in control!
Good morning folks! Yesterday: 1713 39F/48C/12P and 22g fiber. Not great, but better than the previous two days (averaged 2450). We had a surprise going away lunch for one of our students (it was a surprise to most of us -- HE knew he was leaving, and his supervisor did, too): Panera. I ate a huge plate of salad, a little baquette and a bag of chips. Chips. My downfall Fat AND sodium -- a lethal combination. Down 0.5 today. It'll be better today: I'm aiming for the 1400 end of the range.

Good Morning Ladies!! Last day of July! Wow, I cannot believe we're done! Eeek, I'm lookin forward to August, but part of me is not! What are your August goals? I plan on striving for 10 lbs and to not eat out as much. It's so hard though, on a nice beautiful sunny day! Well have a great one everyone.
My weigh in today was 145.6 so no big change here... I really think I have to cut back on how much cheese I eat. A huge chunk of my calories are going towards cheese. No cheese today! As a test...
Hmm august goals... My July goal was to lose 5 pounds and somehow I managed to lose 7.4 pounds. So I think my August goal will be 5 pounds as well. Actually I am going to challenge myself and say my August goal is to see the 130's. Thats exciting! O yeah, and stick with my diet!
Ok well I am excited! I just got a job at Starbucks, to help us out with our health insurance next year since my husbands companies is going downhill. I am hoping that the part time work on my feet will burn a few more calories. Since during the evening hours now I usually sit I will now be working! Also since I calorie count, can't have milk and can't eat wheat I don't see how working in that environment could make me gain any?!
Hope everyones week goes well, this helps cancel out some of my PMS mood....for now anyway! I will start training on Monday of next week.
Tinky: Thanks! I just tell myself everyday how much this is bettering me, and that no food is going to taste as good as the pride I'm going to feel when I start reaching goals!

Calories today were 1025. A low low day, but I just don't seem to be hungry. I had a Special K bar and a banana for breakfast, Subway for lunch, and a banana and sandwich for dinner, along with a couple of red bell pepper strips for a snack.
