Aclai.....thanks for working on the banner! AND congrats on your 12 pounds weight loss! wowza!!!!! what plan are you following? I lost 9 this week! but this was my first week of doing low carb...I doubt I will see this number again but if I do that would be great!

Tricia, i just did the LCW, no toning videos. I feel pretty good with the exception of some soreness in my R shoulder and R hip, I think I'm revising my plan so this is a rest day, and then pick up again tomorrow.

i hope everyone did, or is going to do, well at the WI today!! I had a minimal loss, but thats mostly due to the new scale blues.

I'm on WW, but I can tell you that is not a typical loss for me AT ALL! My body's been crazy lately. I gained 9.2 over the holiday and then dropped it all back plus .6 in one week. But I had some strange large losses before the holiday that threw me as well. I guess I just hit a whoosh. I mean I STRUGGLED to get out of the 250s, and I got most of the way through the 240s in no time. Maybe it's the C25K? I really don't know, but I'm not complaining!

Hey everyone! Just checking in real quick...I have been in bed for a couple days after doing something to my hip. It hurts to move in any manner and just sitting in this chair is killing me. It's gotten a slight bit better, but looks like I may have to see a doc on this one. i just woke up with it, not sure what happened, strange and very painful I thought it was my back at first as it hurt in one spot on the left side, but it is def. more in my hip and kinda feels like it goes into the front at times.

anyway...I haven't been able to exercise though I hope to try an in-house walk in the morning maybe if it continues to be a bit better each day I should be able to.

I will catch up with everyone later...right now it's back to a not so painful position.

Finished all my challenges. Just stopped in to wish everyone a great 2nd week, won't be signing on any more today I have to get these christmas decorations put away and make sure everything is ready for work/school tomorrow.

Well in my last BLC I don't think I completed a single challenge, (although I participated in most of them) so I'm pretty excited that I completed both the last chance workout and the "blood, sweat, and tears" challenge. Ready for week 2 ladies!

well so far red team is looking good not everyone's weighed in but from what i could tell red team had about 93 lbs lost so far that's great

we had DD's GS meeting tonight...and the kids did nothing but get on my nerves most of this afternoon. went to the commissary for a few things (like more activia - got the yogurt since they didnt have the dairy drinks )....now i'm home to make dinner and get the kids to bed soon since we have to be up early for school tomorrow. i'm so ready to have hubby home - so i can get a mental break from the kids....i love them but not having someone here to help share the load gets mentally exhausting at times. less than 3 weeks and COUNTING LOL

I didn't pull any loss this week even though I stayed on plan all week. Maybe my body is just getting used to being back on plan with everything. I'm not sure. Hoping for a good week this week, even though I have vacation from the end of this week to mid week next week.

i pulled a gain compared to the initial pre-christmas weigh in of 145....but i weighed in on Jan 1 at 149.8 - so compared to that I had a great loss...lol hoping for a better week next week good luck everyone

I am up and the back/hip is feeling much better today...still far from feeling good but I can at least stand up without wincing in pain and I can walk upright like a human again I think I will be able to suffer it out as long as it continues to get better.

Could this much pain be caused by sleeping in a really uncomfortable position? I had been sleeping in the recliner while hubby was out on the road and I literally just woke up with this, so we think maybe from being in that stupid chair? Can't think of anything else it could be, but it seems like an awful lot of pain just for sleeping wrong. Hubby keeps reminding me we are old now (about to turn 33) so we can't do things like sleep in chairs

NOTE: I had to take a freebie as I realized just now I never got up to weigh in yesterday! I will have a great loss for next week then Sorry ladies!

Purplefirefly...its possible your pain is from lying in the chair too long. I'm glad its a little better. I would still take it easy for a while though and give it time to heal. Are you using a heating pad? hope you feel better soon

Well, its another week red team! Let's all stay on plan and lose this weight! I'm gonna start my Walk Away The Pounds DVD tonight! My DD thinks its fun to do it with me (she does not need to lose...she has no fat on her body) lol! Exercise is fun when you are 12 and full of energy! Anyway, she wants her mom in shape too so she is my little trainer lol! I just hope I make it through the tape

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss for the past week and let's do the same this week! GO RED TEAM!!!!!!
