This challenge runs through Friday-Sunday, so you have 3 days to complete these exercises (feel free to start early if you like!).
1. 50 squats
2. 50 jumping jacks
3. 5 planks (let see how long we can hold these!)
4. 50 walking lunges (I dare you to do these in public
)5. 100 crunches
6. 50 kicks

Winter Blues Bonus - I know with it being freezing cold and everything people are going to staying indoors and snuggling by the fire (
) but we can't be lazy just because it is cold. So I'm challenging you to get up and move every hour. You don't have to do any specific exercise, just move, even if it is just to walk to the kitchen to refill your water bottle.
