This is an EXCELLENT site for triathlon training, particularly for those of us new to the sport. You can keep your training logs there, too, it is great!

Talking

Morning everyone...SO glad its Friday! I lost track of days this week. I didn't even realize it that today was friday. Today's going to be real quiet at work so that's good. I have to catch up on few emails that I've been avoiding.

I did almost an hour long Abs/core routine for my exercise yesterday. I rented this DVD from netflix called - 10 Minute Solution: Blast Off Belly Fat - most of the exercises were doable but couple of them were hard for me. The DVD has like 5 routines each 10 mins long. Not bad for what it is. I was sure my abs were going to kill me today but so far I'm still alive

Hi All,
Went down another .4 lbs this week, not much, but it is still a LOSS. My workouts suck, possibly because I am not doing them. Going to the bar tonight any suggestions on what to drink.
Laters.

A loss is a loss!!! Congrats!

I'm not much of a drinker...I like sweet/fruity drinks. Maybe rum and diet coke?

One glass of red wine or a diet coke with a splash of rum.

Good morning, Bluesers! And, TGIF.

Today is a typical workday for me. Nothing much exciting planned for my weekend. I might sneak out to see Sex In The City sometime tomorrow. The rest of my weekend will probably be full of housecleaning and TV watching.

On the weight loss front, there's been no movement on the scales so far this week. It's not been a great week for workouts as we've had thunderstorms every single evening. The eating has been up and down. There has been some personal and work stress in my world this week and I've been turning to the food to help me cope. I really do need to work on this emotional eating thing and quit white knuckling it. Tonight, I'm going through the Southbeach cookbook and planning our menus for the next week. Hubby said that if I do the planning and shopping, he'll do the cooking. Sounds like a great deal to me!

Have a great on-plan day.

GO BLUE!

thanks for the link. I will look at it when I have more time. I know it'll help me. I browsed through it for a little bit.

I think I'm gaining alot of muscle. I can't seem to get down to 195. What can I do to burn more fat?

Whoohoo!. I managed to undo the damage caused by two days of binging and still post a loss.

Rhonda - so far I've maintained 244 this week. No wavering. I'm very sore from Wednesdays lower body workout and hoping against hope that I'll lose some water weight from that!

As far as plurk - I notice that anna and chellez have the most complete, up-to-date lists of members. If I go into their profile and then click on their friends and can add them!
