Hi everyone! Just checking in before a long night of watching other people get drunk... (I hope to limit myself to 1-2 light beers and NO SNACKS!) I was at 128 this morning, which made me really happy, and I just ate a really quick but healthy dinner, so hopefully I can hold out!!

Way to go on the losses!

Well, I did it! I finally got my butt back to the gym. Luckily my schedule is much less hectic next week, so I am back to my 'normal' plan of every day after work. To make it even better, I did 60 mins of cardio!!! I feel great!

Josephine--I didn't smell any smoke...what did you cook?

Dora--Did you get your gardening done?

Maria--Stay strong!!!

I need to go roast some broccoli w/ lots of garlic....YUM!

We are heading away for the weekend to my parents house. I'll check in from there. Gotta remember to post my weight Monday. So far I haven't seen a loss.

Hi all ye pirates out on the deep BLUE team, er sea!

Just a note - since last measurement lost 4.5 pounds and 5.5 inches.

Weighing in tomorrow - at least 2 pounds lost. Having a good week. Exercise has a lot to do with it I'm sure. Why did I wait so long??

I managed not to burn the house down. I made seitan, a "mock meat". I screwed with the recipe so it wasn't perfect, but I'll definitely make it again.

vixjean--LOL every time I see the countdown!

Well I am happy to report that I lost .6! I have never been so excited by such a small loss. I was getting scared. I finally found a way to eat, intuitive eating, that has literally stopped the bingeing and I was scared that it wouldn't allow me to lose weight also. I wasn't really worried along the way because it took me a few months to get where I felt I could really say I am an intuitive eater. I'm there now and I lost a bit a weight too. I'm set. I just hope I can continue with this frame of mind because I have a long way to go in terms of weight loss! I'm not really happy about needing to weigh in every week for the challenge but I will continue to join them because I love the team aspect and the support.

Congratulations Shay! I know how monumentally hard it must have been to become an intuitive eater, so great job!

Thanks, Josephine! I know binge eating and intuitive eating...it sounds crazy but it has worked.

I'm ALL FOR whatever works. It is such a relief emotionally not to be binge eating, isn't it? I never wanna go back.

No, I don't think so. I like being able to scroll through the thread and see different meals and get ideas, so it would suck if all the info constantly disappeared, you know?
