Tonight I did my nightly walk/jog with Liam riding his bike with training wheels, and because he is riding faster and farther away - he tired on the way home - so I dragged the bike and my 4yo for the final 10 minutes - WHAT A WORKOUT!!!! My fave tv show is on now so I am off to step it out on the step reebok!!!
Good morning, Bluesers! Just dropped in for a quick . I'm headachey....nothing major, just a bit of sinus issues. So, I'm headed back to bed for a bit.
How about another QOTD?
Wednesday's Question of the Day What is your favorite on-plan snack?
I love Red Delicious apple slices spread with 1tbs of natural peanut butter.
I don't think I'm cut out for corporate life. I've had to deal a lot with some "higher ups" in the company lately due to my tripping over to India. Mostly my boss' boss' boss. (Yeah, Dilbert much?) And I just feel like I can't be a real person around her. I feel dirty.
Work happened to come up over the weekend. I said that I didn't want to ever manage people. My dad said "If you aren't going to manage, you'll always be managed." I said "Not if I don't go to work!"
It's not all bad. I am getting a free trip to India. And it's only 147 more days until I give my notice. Also, it's a decent paycheck with benefits for the time being. Problem is, the "time-being" has been 6 years now. Is feeling fulfilled in a job such a horrible thing to want?

Fage FF yogurt & 2 tablespoons of agave nectar.
I can't eat it every day since my intestines don't agree with me about it being a favorite choice, but it is SO worth it.
GOod morning. I woke up and stepped on the scale and am happy to say I am down another fat%! :woot Weight is still the same so I dont expect a big loss if any come friday, but anything can happen. My tummy is feeling off this morning. I am hoping that goes away on its own because I have to get to the Y today for a workout. My kids are in school today and I would hate to waste the opportunity.
Have a great OP day!

I love the crispy rice cake snacks, the cinamon flavored and lightly icing drizzled small things. YUM!
Good morning everyone! Chiming in quick to see how everyone's doing?
Faerie, DH just found out yesterday he's travelling to India for work last week of May. He's going to Bangalore (South India). Where will you be going?
Francie, your neighbors are horrible I think the wife has some issues maybe she's crazy in the head or something and even a pin drop bothers her. Hope you're saving all the complaint letters they gave you in case you need them in the future for some reason.
Josephine, you're nice. But your neighbors don't deserve it. Maybe next time you can put your trash can on their lawn and see what they have to say. Maybe once they see the trash can on their lawn they might get the hint.
QOTD: What is your favorite on-plan snack? -- Umm...it changes. I get bored pretty fast with things. But so far I like the 100 calorie chips box I get from BJs. The box contains an assortment of Dorritos, Sun Chips and Cheetos
Pinto - Oh I hope he has a lovely trip! Has he gone before? Will he be going for long? I'll be heading to Chennai for about a month. It's on the northeastern shore area. It's my first time out of the country (I've never even been to Canada! ) so it'll be a bit exciting/crazy for me.
My scale was very friendly this morning. I already posted my weight for this week, so hopefully the trend will continue, and I'll have a good loss to post next week
I'm getting sore from all this exercise. The muscles on the sides of my back hurt. I didn't even know I'd worked them! I did end up with just a little pink patch of sunburn on my chest and a dab of pink on my nose from all my walking outside yesterday afternoon. I'll have to watch that as the weather keeps staying warm and sunny--time to bring in a bottle of sunscreen to my office! I also can't wait for the prescription sunglasses I ordered to come in. I've been wearing glasses more than contacts lately (because I abuse my contacts and, therefore, my eyes), but I miss being able to wear sunglasses.

So never say never!
I'm a firm believer that there's no reason to run unless I'm being chased But seriously, I guess I really just hate typical exercises. I love sports, though--I don't mind sweating if it means I can beat someone at something I played softball for something like 12 years. I looked into joining a league around here, but they are very serious and competitive. To join a team, you go online and post your batting average, running speed, years of experience, etc. Umm, hello, I just want to get out and have fun?!

You make me nervous--my neighbor has her townhouse up for sale, and I worry about who might move in. I like having her there--she's friendly and helpful. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for a young couple with dogs and no kids who like movies and video games...

hmm...peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! I use whole grain bread with no HFCS that is 50 cals per slice, 1 tablespoon Smart Balance peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon all natural NSA (sweetened only with fruit juice) strawberry spread for a 240-calorie sandwich with some fiber, protein, and good fats

haha, good answer! I say I want to manage others only because I want to continue moving up, but I really don't know how well cut out for it I am. Luckily, my current managers are very hands-off. As long as my work gets done, no one cares much about what hours I work, who I talk to, what I do online, etc. I've only been here for about 6 weeks, but so far, I'd have to say it's the best job I've had
Hi Losers!
I SQUEEZED into a pair of size 11 black stretchy jean pants last night, I have 18 minutes to decide if I can wear them all day....
GUESS WHAT, I have a new # today...... 163.8 never before seen on this scale. Go us!
Faerie, yes we've both been to India before but to New Delhi. This is his first trip to South India and without me there. He'll be going to Bangalore for a week. He's got couple other trips to India rest of the year.
I've travelled to Chennai (it's southeast shore area) and Bangalore many many years ago. They're nice...Bangalore now is more or less the hub of IT there, you could say their Silicon Valley Of course May's not the best time of the year to go as it's hot but it's still beautiful cuz of the coastline. I would say sort of imagine Florida this time of the year. Wow a month long trip...that should be interesting. And you've never been out of the country and you end up travelling to a different continent
Wear comfy clothes it's going to be a long flight. Let me know if you have any questions. Feel free to PM me
I am sorry to report that I have the same exact weight as my WI last Wednesday. As I said in an earlier post this week, I was HORRIBLE this weekend with my DS's First Communion and the food and cake and stuff we had. Other than the cake, I didn't eat anything that wasn't on plan, just really bad portions. I had managed to gain back up to 3 lbs over my starting weight, and worked my butt off to get back down.
The good news is I got back down, the bad news is, I could have been down even more if I hadn't lost my little mind this weekend and blown everything to H$LL.
It shows me 2 things though:
1. I can, once in a while, go a little wild and just work hard to take it back off (once in a while being the key)
2. I may have enjoyed it while I had it, but I didn't the next day or 2 (by Monday morning I felt like crap)
I am still working out heavily (the challenge helps me to push a couple extra minutes in when I can - I want another Cabana Boy).
I need everyone to help push me to get to my next 2 weight goals
1. Lose 9.2 lbs to make 100 lbs lost
2. Lose 18.2 lbs to make Onderland
I was looking at my legs last night an realized that are really starting to shape up (calves more than the thighs, but they are getting better too). That is my positive.
Wednesday's Question of the Day
What is your favorite on-plan snack?

Mine would have to be my homemade fruit and yogurt parfaits
Morning Ladies!
Well I weighed in this morning and I'm full of relief but still disappointment in myself. I thought I was ruined from the potluck last night, but it turns out I maintained which is the good news. The disappointment stems from mainly me not getting exercise in yesterday... I came home after eating all that stuff and just felt so tired. Instead of getting on the treadmill (cause I got home at 8 with plenty of time to do it! ) I sat down to watch Idol and ****'s Kitchen with my hubby. So it not only set me behind on attaining my exercise goal this week, but I haven't lost this pesky pound that creeped back up on me!
I'm thinking I'm going to have to cut out my 2 cups of in the morning. I take coffee with my creamer if you know what I'm saying, and its a lot of extra calories I probably don't need. I just recently bumped it up to 2 cups at home instead of 1 Venti sized from Starbucks (cause I could at least control what I put in mine at home!) but I'm thinking that needs to stop, or at least go down to one cup.
My work day is another slow one even though its sunny outside. The work just isn't there for the business so I'm left with lots of free time today. I finally got all the week 1 badges done yesterday so I don't need to worry about that. Maybe I'll finally get to working on my myspace page since when I changed the layout I had to delete the majority of my info.
I'm still dealing with drama from my friend Laura (who was my matron of honor in my wedding.) Pretty much Daniel and I have been busy for the last 2 to 3 months since we've been working and doing stuff to the house on the weekends and Laura and her husband are used to us hanging out with them almost every weekend. About 3 or 4 weekends ago we went out to Cheesecake factory with them and said we were busy and we were sorry we hadn't been around much. About 2 weekends later they asked us to go out again and we said we couldn't go (cause we were broke!) and I get a text message from Laura's husband saying "Should we stop wasting our time trying to hang out with you? If we don't get an answer we'll take it as a yes." Well being that my phone was dead, I didn't get it until the next day. So I get on myspace, and she promptly "defriended" me... (how 3rd grade is that?) and we haven't talked since. I did send her an email the day after the text message to let her know I got her voice mail about going out to eat and I didn't get a response. So I sent her a long detailed message last night that explained yet again the reasons why we were busy, that I thought the whole defriending and the text message thing was petty and that I didn't know her and I had an issue until all this went down. I was even nice enough to send her a text message to inform her I sent her an email just so I'd make sure she'd actually see it and respond. Hopefully I'll hear something today cause I'm really ready to wash my hands of all this.
Anyway! I feel really disconnected lately since I haven't been doing personals. I really just can't get to them with school work and all that. I'm hoping once school dies down in a few weeks (since I'll be doing my last class online! ) and the chats start to calm down some I'll be able to get back to personals. (Not that I want everyone to stop chatting! )
If I missed anyone on the Blue Team Cheat Sheet let me know! Here's the link so you can check and see if its all up to date: Blue Team Cheat Sheet
I'll probably be online all day. I'll have yahoo on if you want to chat.
I just had to come share with someone that I just tried Kashi's new Cocoa Beach granola cereal, and my gosh it is AWESOME! It's like a super healthy version of Cocoa Puffs Of course, it's granola, so it's pretty calorie dense, so I measured it very carefully and left the box at home so I wouldn't have more. I ate it with some unsweetened almond milk--delicious! A very nice change to my breakfast routine that used to include NSA Carnation Instant Breakfast.

Oh my goodness, you are SO CLOSE to some MAJOR milestones! I can't wait to be in your position in that regard. In all the time I've been on 3FC, I've yet to get below 260. You're amazing progress is an inspiration--keep up the hard work!!
