to shopaholic1204: it possible to ask for a moratorium on the complaints? Is it known by housing that you are about to move?

I'm actually not sure. I should ask dh if they know we're up for orders now..

Omg..I'm scared to go to the weight room at the gym here, lol. Its always filled with sailors and marines..and they intimidate me with their rock hard bodies, lol. The one and only time I went in there was to find dh. And as soon as I walked in..all these guys turned to look at me. I just wanted to melt into the floor, lol. My friends even feel the same way about the weight room. We totally avoid it, lol.

Hmmm, a room full of sailors with rock-hard bodies. I think I'd venture in for a few minutes each day. Just to, you know, check out the... uh... exercise equipment.
Anna, what a busy day you've had! Did you get a chance to even vote??? I'm sure you wouldn't miss it, but I was really wondering if you got around to it!! I'll be watching the news eagerly tonite to see what your state did for the campaign!
Having eye candy would definitely keep me in the gym longer. It doesn't hurt to look right? Besides what BF doesn't know...I have a thing about men in uniform too. Maybe because I'm an Army brat!
Oh dont get me wrong..if theres a hot man working out on the machine in front of me..I'll totally check him out, lol. Dh tends to work out on the machines BEHIND me, to watch my form and make sure I'm not doing anything wrong, lmao!!
What would the world be like without men in uniform?? LoL!! Its too scary to even think about.

Tawnya , sounds like he cant forgive you.. he wouldn't be that bad if he trusted you.. Do you thik he will ever be able to trust you again? It must be awful for both of you living with constant tension... and the kids too..
John too tried the whole controll bit when he was bad but not to that extent.. So i started doing it back to him.... lol Yeah i know sounds stupid.. but this is long b4 we had kids.. So i would do everything he did back.. after about a week of contstant argueing he actully asked me why i was being so mean.. and i told him .. i was doing back to him what he was doing to me... from then on it all stopped.. he still gets annoyed when the phone rings all the time.. but he doesnt get annoyed if im talking on it.. lol.. just the ringer pisses him off..
The trust thing takes a while though.. DH was getting too chumy with some tart online and started treating me bad ... and would pick fights just so i woulkd leave him alone on the computer.. ... I figured out what was going on.. and it took me more then 6 months to forgive him.. and start trusting him again.. He was just talking to her nothing more .. i read what he wrote but he fancied her and treated me bad.. so... I could not trust him at all.. It drove me crazy.. and him too..
LOL FOR SOME REASON MY MESSAGE POSTED IT SELF WHILKE I WAS TYPING..

Heck yeah!! As soon as we got home, Meara was still sleeping, so I went. Will was hilarious. I said, "You have gone to the polls with me every election since you were born, are you coming?" "Will there be candy?" "I don't know." "It's worth a try." The candidates hand out voting material with candy outside the polling site, and that is what he remembers!
I took him in with me, forgetting that 1) he can read 2) he CANNOT keep his mouth shut. As soon as I had made my choice, he semi-yelled, "Hillary Clinton! Yeah!" I am sure my home will be bombed in the night.
Of course, he got to go with DH after I got home, but I told DH only two more pieces of candy, and that was all.
Ah, a homeschool course in democracy....go vote---there may be candy.
The only down side is that I fear I may have goten a touch of sunburn on my face and forearms. Doesn't take much--I'm super white (my friends in college called me translucent), and I do not tan at all, only burn. My skin only knows 3 shades: tomato, pink, and ghostly
You sound just like my son. Either white or red.
Dora - Can you please go in and fix your siggy. It's driving me
Congrats Chelle!

I still don't believe DH.

That is the exact reason why I moved out to the sticks. We have 4 full time residents and maybe 5 part time seasonal people on our 3/4 mile road. It's great.

I miss the gym. Well, except for the old men on the treadmills.
I never got my 5k finished today. However, I did rake the front lawn. Took me 90 minutes to get all the pine cones out of the small stand of trees and the rocks out of the lawn. With a winter that lasts 7 months on a dirt road and a snowblower on a gravel drive there were a LOT of rocks. It looks great now though.
I had intentions of getting on the treadmill after that but the kids made such a mess in the living room and I didn't feel up to cleaning it yet so that I could open the treadmill so I took them for a walk. We made it down to the beach and back in 51 minutes and that is probably a new record for them. It usually takes me about half that time. It was very refreshing listening to the waves crash onto the beach.
I need to go drink some more water now. I had canned soup with my lunch and while it tasted pretty good it had WAY to much salt in it. Why on earth do they need to do that. 700+mg of sodium per serving. 400+mg in low sodium soup. Ridiculous.
Congrats to everyone for showing such great losses in the first week. I'm feeling pretty optimistic for next week.
