quick fly by to say Hi! I've been meaning to do it the last couple of days. Have been continuing to work out like crazy.
Saturday was my first real day of working out in a week to being sick. Did my C25K training W5D1.
Sunday did C25K training W5D1 and also did 30 minutes of swimming.
Monday did C25k training W5D2 and resistance weight training
Tuesday did boot camp with Marty & Amy and got my butt kicked. spinning, lots of running, abs...
Tonight the plan is to go swimming for an hour.
It has been so beautiful outside. I really should start to do my C25K training outside on the road so I am ready for the 5k next month. This last month is going to fly right by.
Tuesday night was my earth day fun. We did not use any electricity while working out - except for music during spin class. the bikes don't use electricity and after spin class we went outside to work out for 45 minutes. Then I came home and enjoyed a glass of wine outside on the patio.
