Hi everyone.

Seems like everyone's getting ready for the big challenge...it's so exciting! I miss my once a week weigh in with my team.

I'm still killing it at the gym and losing NO weight. grrr. BUT....today I tried on a little summer dress thingy with spagettti straps and it looked almost good.

I can definitely see my body changing and getting stronger.
Okay now for my confession....yesterday I came home from work...AFTER WORKING 14 HOURS ON A MED/SURG FLOOR!!!!...and ate the following:
2 double cheeseburgers and 3 mozzarella sticks!!!!!!!!

Gahhhh....I was sooo hungry and I swear I don't even care. I haven't eaten fast food in almost 7 months and I'm right back on plan today (eating my steel cut oats as I type this!) so it's OKAY. My husband bought McDonalds for the kids and himself because I was working late and I ate what was left in the fridge. I don't know, maybe this will do something to snap my body out of my weight loss stall.

Anyway, I like to put down in writing my intentions and my intention is to not eat fast food for another 6 months! It tasted delish in the moment, and I don't regret eating it, but I respect my body more now and I want to fuel it with good/healthy foods.
