Hello ladies! I am checking in tonight because tommorow I won't be one until later in the afternoon! I had a fantastic weekend! I love the weather we are having and we spent the entire weekend outside enjoying it! I ate pretty good this weekend actually I ate really good this weekend! I also got in exercise so I am really proud of myself! Tommorow is going to be a busy day. I will be running around until about 5 in the evening. I am going to go to the gym bright and early tommorow so I don't whimp out tommorow evening when I know I'll be tired! I hope you all had a great weekend and had some nice weather also.

Candle....I was so excited to see you on my team. Let's kick some butt this time around! I hope your feeling better...if you ever need to talk pm me if you want! Keep your spirits up though!

BabyGrant and Diva....I think it was you two who asked...anyway if not sorry! I lost the weight the old fashion way, exercise and watching calories! I have just within the last couple of months started calorie cycling to keep things moving but that is it and losing 68 pounds has taken me 2 years, so its been a slow but steady process and the weight is staying off this time! I never had issues with my weight until after having children so it was kind of a shock when I started putting on weight but I hadn't really changed anything. I have to say though I have really come to love exercise and crave some form of it daily as for eating I LOVE food of all kinds and that continues to be my biggest struggle but I am learning to take it day by day and not to stay down when I fall! Anyways thats my story!

I was looking at our weights and we have some awesome losses.....Great job ladies! Keep up the good work everyone! We are going to be some major hotties come summer!

Have a great Monday ladies!!!!

Chellez,
Where do I post my weight for this first week? I weighed in at 194.5 this AM. Sunday AM is my favorite day to weigh myself. I can't find the thread where I posted my start weight. I hope you can record this even if it is not posted in the right place.

Are you going to let us know what our first weeks total loss is?? Also you mentioned something about "song choices for listening" . Do we have a thread for this?

Sorry so short. Almost 10pm. Good luck tomorrow everyone!! Keep up the good work!!

Go Blue Team!!

Lisa

Hey Everyone!

Hope you all had a great weekend! It was very busy for me and the family! It was my DH's b-day today so it was a "weekend" of celebrations! The whole family participated in a 5K walk today and we did great. The nice weather helps with getting in exercise and being active. I woke up yesterday and snuck on the scale - I was down 3 lbs - I was in shock - a good shock! I hopped on my treadmill right away - found the loss so motivating. I don't officially weigh in until Monday AM so hopefully with the b-day cake today I won't gain too much back! I hopped on the treadmill tonight and did an extra 25 minutes while watching Desperate Housewives....

Anyhow I should get to bed now but have a great Monday!!

I had a bad 3 days, but today I did so much better. I was stressed before because I lost my purse at the gym, and was freaking out. It was found, and now I'm happy again. I hope the 3 bad days didn't destroy my weight loss too much.

Hey all,

I hope everyone had a great weekend.. I did, but TOM came to see me.. I always gain least 2lb to 3lb at TOM so the loss I had will be back.. Hopefully it be gone by Saturday when I weigh in.. I am going to try and drink alot of water this week just to try and get rid of the gain.. And thats hard to drink more water as I hate it.. But least going to try and drink more than I do now..
I be just happy if I stayed the same and not gained..

Lisa, Check the Sticky's.. The weigh in thread is there.. Congratulations on the loss..

Veggielady, Congratulations on the loss.. Not to worry about the 3 bad days.. Just think about the week at hand..

Candlemaker, Congratulations on the loss..

SassyKay, Congratulations also on the loss..

BabyGrant and Diva, Thank you to both of you.. Hope you both are doing well.. and don't worry about the small gain.. That be gone this week..

Chellez, Good luck with weigh in tomorrow..

Have a good week everyone...

Happy Monday - Mondays are hard!

Congrats to everyone on their accomplishments!

I am so happy to report that I am officially down 3 lbs since last week and I feel great.
The even BETTER news is that according to the BMI charts, I am no longer considered Obese - now I'm just at the highest end of the Overweight category. I don't think I've been there since before my firstborn more than 3 years ago.

I borrowed a double jogging stroller from a friend for the 5K over the weekend and it makes the walking so much easier with the two kidlets so I am going to take them to the zoo this morning. We are having great weather here in Southern Ontario. I can't wait for my pedometer to get here so I can start to track my steps on all these walks!

Have a great day and welcome to week 2!

Morning Ladies! Time to Rise & Shine for that new week ahead of us!

It's going to be 88 here today and I have to work inside all day It's supposed to be just as nice tomorrow so I'll have at least one good day outside before the rain comes.

Was looking at the weigh in thread this morning. I'm missing 5 people (2 which haven't made charts! :fr) so I'll be sending out my friendly reminder pm this morning after I finish here.

I have to make it short and sweet right now. I have a big pile on my to do list today since I was bad and skipped alot of it yesterday to watch Night at the Museum.

Congrats to everyone who lost this week! Hopefully we can get everyone to weigh in and we can come away with a nice Blue Team victory!

My Non Scale Victory for today is:
I went to the Gap outlet yesterday and I can fit into Large T-shirts again! I also got a pair of 14 jeans (i was 16 before) but they are boy cut so they are more loose fitting than most others.

I think I'll prefer to keep Bob as one of my fantasy men not a BFF.

Ugh, I was BAD this weekend, but we were on the go all weekend and I wasn't able to bring foods with me, so I figured I'd just go with the flow and try to minimize the damages where I could. Ended up 2 pounds up this morning, but am hopeful that I can drop that this week. I HAVE A PLAN, hah!

Also going to try to get in some walking during lunches at work, as I've not exercised in months! I hope to have good news for you when I WI in again on Friday!

Candle - that is good that your doctor is finally giving you the medication you need. I know they tend to hang back on giving out medicines any more so I hope this one works for you. You are already losing so much! How are you liking this sunny Virginia weather?

Diva - do an extra 30 mins for me won't you? I have class tonight and can't exercise so maybe you can fit it in?

Everyone! - I looked at the weigh in charts i have and we really need to step it up next week or the red team is going to spank us! I promise I'm going to get the exercise challenge moving tomorrow... I just have alot of catching up I have to do today.

Remember: Even if you trip fall and bruise your knee your leg still works. Think of this like you think of your diet. If you trip and fall at one meal, the day is not over. Readjust and re-evaluate your day so it doesn't hurt you!
