Howdy again!
Today - Tuesday: same weight 238.7
Foods: coffee, eggs
pork patties (pork sausage, eggs, mushrooms, bell peppers, egg, salt, pepper, fried)
Big salad with lots of veggies, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, roasted chicken
Water: NOT enough
No planned exercise, just being on my feet for +8 hours at work.
I have been on plan and feeling great. I know that there are ups and downs in terms of seeing numbers going down. I am OK with the scale not moving and knowing that I stayed on plan. Hopefully tomorrow it will show a smaller number.

OK, you are right and 100% entitled to feel sad and even upset, at times.
There is a positive side to it (finding something good even in a bad situation, kind of thing): being alone means you can make your own choices without being (food wise) tempted by others in the house. I know I struggle when others around me eat carb filled meals without putting an ounce on……ARGH!!!!
Is there something that could brighten the evenings? A fun or new hobby maybe?
Could a non-food related incentive be a motivator such a trip somewhere you have always wanted to go, tickets to a concert or cool show/musical/etc, clothes, enroll in a fun class, a day at a spa, I don't know…….just honestly trying to be supportive and think what might work for me and that it might work for others. How about a competitive streak: "I am going to win and get to my goal before others do!" hahaha I mean, anything that might help. People at work are doing a Biggest Loser type of thing. I am thinking about it. I am concerned as 10% of my weight is so much more weight than 10 % for a small person…… Not sure about this one, but an idea. The winner gets a lot of money, each person puts 25 or $ 50 down.
Please don't feel bad about struggling, we all do and try hard to get back together. We are all here for you as you are always here for us!
You are amongst friends here!
