Ready to get moving again with the urge of my PCP and family to ward off the genetic and physical complications of aging.
I've been planning these last few days. I drank all my beer, dusted of the treadmill and duct taped the weights my dog chewed on. Dh even bought a DVD player for the other room for yoga
So this AM I am checking in at 191 with goal being 150
