Thanks. I had checked the first post but never scrolled down far enough to find sharky's post.
I am back but sick as a dog now. I gained a bunch but can really tell how being sick affects my weight. I will take a week in sick bay and report back next Sunday.

My goals for 1-1-12 thru 1-8-12 are:
Current Weight: 199.8 (can't bring myself to round off to 200 )
Goal this week = 2 lbs.
Walking = 20 miles
DVDs = Start one dancing DVD & dance 3 times this week
12 Week Goal: 25 lbs. loss by 3-25-12 (175 lbs) Long-term goal: 140 lbs.
