5/21 = 161 yikes
5/28 = 158 (mostly water weight, probably 2 lbs at least)

Trying to keep on track but really struggling to stay focused. 8 more pounds, I know I can do it. One day at a time.

Good thing it is only Monday :D We had Mexican for dinner and scale went from 144 to 148.5, yikes. Lots of water weight to pee out before Friday's weigh in. :lol:

I weigh on Fridays. I tend to run and bike and beach on the weekends, and I think by Sunday my muscles are puffy and I'm probably retaining water.

Am I the only one who counts 10ths of a pound? I need to! Sometimes that might be all there is!

Friday 6/1: 184.8 :carrot:

Today: 183, which doesn't count because I spent yesterday heaving my guts out with some bug. But still, of course I weighed myself. :dizzy:

Not a good weigh in this moring. Did not think my week/weekend that bad but I guess it was.

5/21 = 161 yikes

6/4 = 159.6

Ug, I have gained so much from my lowest weight and my clothes are thight. Need to get my rear back in gear.

Was actually up about 2 lbs., but once I cut the carbs they came right off..137 is definitely a set point for me - BLAH!!

NEMom, this part is tough - I think 160 was your old goal, right? Will be hard to get below it, but if you set your mind to it, you can do it.

seagirl, hope you're feeling better. I ABSOLUTELY count partial pounds, as you can see - my scale weighs in .2 increments.

sum, hope your weigh-in goes well - amazing how much water damage one dinner can do, isn't it?

kel, great attitude - hopefully you're headed for a whoosh on Sunday.

cbigsis, yes, family visiting was what threw me off last week..when people visit New York they all want pizza and bagels(and no one had to twist my arm). Hope it goes well for you.

guac, I'm sure that's not real. Hope your weigh-in today goes well!!

I am going to go with yesterday's weigh in because today I didn't weigh due to PMS bloating, plus, my husband and I went out to dinner last night and I ate way too much! I have another big food weekend coming up. I know I should be in control of what I eat, but all of these social obligations are really starting to piss me off! They all revolve around food and really set me back. It's getting to be that I don't enjoy parties and dinners and lunches with friends and family because they ruin all of my hard work during the week. I am going to a friend's house for dinner tonight too! I don't know - I just feel like I can't diet and have a social life at the same time.

I, myself, may not do my weekly weigh in the morning. TOM finally arrived in full force and I am sure I have gained a few pounds with bloating! I feel yucky! I will weigh when that part of this lovely week is over!
