The good news...I've lost almost all of the fluid I was retaining (like a gallon's worth!) AND I weigh as much today as when I started on here! I can't wait to see what the scale reads in a few more days.

I was down to 181.5 on the new scales this morning. I will weigh at the docs in a little while, of course that will be dressed and after lunch, but I will see how close they are. I hope my scales are real close to accurate as that would mean I lost the 3 lb gain from last week plus some. I am getting closer to reaching my goal of getting into the 170's. |
