Saw this and thought it could really help. Would like to join the weekly weigh-in with a goal to lose 60 lbs (bringing it back to 140). Weighing in from Sunday to Sunday seemed a great idea; maybe putting it in black and white will make it formal (even to answer to the pc [smile]). Mar 26: 264 Apr 2: 264 (I actually did lose 300g but I'm rounding off here.) Apr 9: whoosh! what happened to that week? Apr 16: 265. :cry: I'm not surprised. I let things slide, even though I suspect that a lot of this might be water- I really don't drink as much water as I should when it's snowy and cold out and my body starts retaining when I do that (ironic, isn't it?). My wedding ring is usually quite loose, but last week a had a morning when I couldn't get it off. It's been.. a year, I think since that has happened! The weather has changed now, I've recommited, and intend to show a loss next week. I have a pair of 3/4 jeans I bought about 3 years ago that I want to fit into this summer! |

I don't really know what happened this week. I ate out once with hubby, but the rest of the time ate food I made at home. I didn't overdo it on sugar or flour and it isn't TOM. I just don't get it...

Yeah, I'm down 2lbs! I only ate out one meal this week and didn't overdo it at the restaurant. I went biking a total of 7 miles. Other than that, I've been avoiding wicked sugary TOM cravings - I'm glad I did!
