Did 31 minutes on the Gazelle and then 30 minutes of weight training. Heather, your reminder that we are falling a behind on our goal for the year inspired me to get that extra 30 minutes of weight training in today. So, thank you!
Just checking in to let you know that I am more than a third of the way to my goal. I've been logging my minutes in my original post and will add in to the total at the end of the month. But so far, I'm at 350! I'm working on getting in as many extra minutes a day as I can to help us get to the 200K.
Just remember, every extra minute adds up and will do wonders for your body and self-esteem!
Sorry I had not posted. I was real busy this weekend. Either way I did not get in a lot of intentional exercise this weekend. 20 min on Friday, 20 min on Saturday and nothing on Sunday. Will get back on track today.

I tried a new workout DVD today. It came with my balance ball, so it was a balance ball workout. It seemed so wimpy...I don't feel like I really got much of a workout from the 30 minutes I did. Maybe it's one of those, "I'll feel it tomorrow," workouts
