Lots of walking over Christmas, even while we were away. I even tried to get two lots in on some days. It wasn't quite as fast as I have gone in the past, because Neil wanted to walk with me and he has a bit of trouble keeping up lately (which is kind of a buzz for me). Still, we would probably walk at close to 4mph I think, which isn't too bad.
Anyway... with one rest day at the beginning of the week, I have managed to fit in 525 mins of exercise in the last 6 days.
I am heading off to visit my dad in hospital tomorrow, which will take most of the day, so I don't think I'll get anything in for the last day of 2006.
Personal Goal... 1230 + 525 = 1755/1200, putting me 555 OVER my goal for December.
Got up and did my 30 minutes of WATP--not as early as during the week, but still was up and exercising at 7:30 on a Saturday (gotta do it while Jeff's still asleep--can't stand to have an audience!).
Tomorrow, we're heading out to Jeff's mother's house for New Year's and spending the night there, but I will still try to get in some exercise either before we leave or go for a walk once we're there. If I can break 900 minutes in December with all the holiday distractions, then I KNOW I can do it in January!
12 min walk with the dogs. I may not get to the gym today, and I'm actually okay with that. I haven't taken many breaks and this may be one...

I did manage to get some exercise while visiting my parents. I found a local recreation area and they had a ton of trails, some really hard! I didn't meet my goal, but I beat last month's minutes!
