WTG ladies -- a number of people over halfway to goal and the month isn't half over yet! I suspect the holidays may throw us a bit, but at this rate a bunch of people will make and exceed their goals!!!!
And if you're not one of those people, just keep moving and doing. Every bit helps you become fitter, stronger, healthier!

Did another 30 min of walking. Its getting easier to speed up...who knows maybe I will jog soon.....well not so soon. =)

losingtowin, you may certainly join! Though 900 minutes sounds like a lot between now and the end of the month, especially if you haven't been exercising before. So, we'd understand if you bring that number down! But leaving it is fine, too!
Just come here when you do exercise and add your total to the group!

Tonight I did 60 minutes on the elliptical, random level 3. That brings my total to 560.
The group total is now 6,401 + 60 = 6,461

I did 45 min yesterday... 15 walking and 30 yoga. It would have been more, but... I INJURED MYSELF AT YOGA!
I may have dislocated or broken my little left toe
Who knew you needed it so much! I can't walk well on it!
Anyway, my exercise goal may be in jeopardy...
Group total ~ 6541 + 45 = 6586 min
