I've got 69 minutes to add... got some extra in last night. I'm adding cardio dance this month. I don't expect to be consistent--half the month I'll be at my mother's house, so I'm hoping to get most of the way to goal before that.
I walked 25 min with my kids...one of these days I am going to be able to keep up with them....hey one of these days I am going to have them wishing to keep up with me. =)

3rd - walking 35 min
4th - Richard Simmons 60 min
I got up and exercised early today. First time in a long time I did that on a workday!! Hopefully that good habit is on it's way back in! I did 31 minutes on the Gazelle.
