45 minutes with Karen's Burn and Firm - wow, it's a good one! Only part I don't like is the stretching. All the stretches are for skinny people! (e.g. my flab is in the way and I can't do them properly grr.)
Whew ... just about missed my last update (sorry!!) .. I stuck to my goal for the last week and a bit of the month .. mainly so I wouldnt feel guilty about my indulging .. fortunately it paid off cos I didnt go up lol .. anyway ... it was again a mix of walking, WATP and dancing with Richard .. oh and a "little" time on the elliptical ... but I did manage to get a minimum of 40 minutes in every day!!
My total 790 + 420 = 1210 minutes!!!!! (did better than I had thought I would have time to!)
GROUP TOTAL - 15425 + 420 = 15,845
Sorry it wasnt more team ... will try for a better go in 2007!
