I'm going to count 20 minutes for the extra barnwork I did the other night - carry 5 gal buckets, wheelbarrowing hay bales tothe back of the pasture - and I FINALLY GOT BACK ON THE T.M. for a good sweat! 41 minutes there!61 + 4241 = 4302

Yet again, I passed up my morning workout to trade in for an extra 90 minutes of sleep. Then I thought I'd just exercise after work instead, but then I realized I'm volunteering for 2.5 hours after work, so I won't be home till late. And so, I just took a 30-minute walk around the block where my office is

Bleh, skipped workout yesterday and today cause my gut hurt too much. Go away til January when I can get that fancy gut scan and have it apply to my deductible! (Instead of...now...when it would just be money down the tubes :/)
