50 minutes of swimming for me today! And I'm FEELING IT! lol
5684+50=5734 And brings MY total to 1,020 out of 1,200 for the month! I should make my goal next week! :o |

In fact, a number of people are rocking (Nancy, Patti!) I'm rocking too! - Last night I did back and ab exercises (10 min) -- I'm getting better at the crunches! - Today I RODE MY BIKE to and from work for the first time ever-- it wasn't bad! (25 min) - Also some walking to and from lunch (15 min) Hope to get to the gym toight, but I wanted to get these minutes posted before I forget! Group total ~ 5734 + 50 = 5784 minutes! Looks like we don't have as many people this month? But we are doing great!!!! |
i am afriad i am no longer rockin! had to cut back on minutes due to foot and leg pain.. i am so depressed about it too!

Patti -- That's no good, but probably best to stop for now. How about getting in some other exercise? Ab crunches? Stability ball?? Things that won't bother your foot?

It was a rough night for me - maybe I pushed myself a bit too much with the weights yesterday. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, got on the treadmill to do another 20 and only made it 2. Oh well. I did about 10 minutes of crunches and stretching though. My muscles are pretty sore. That brings my total to 659.
The group total is now 5804 +32 = 5836 |
yes i think i may try to some other form of exercise til i get this leg and foot problem straightened .

Wow, now how have I missed this thread all this time? :) Hmmmm... let's see... about half of the month is left so I will give myself a goal starting today of 800 minutes.
Today I did 63 minutes. So I have 737 more to go. Wow that's a big goal so hope I can make it!! :) |

Just taking a minute to record my day.
Last night I swam with my granddaughters... but no real exercise involved. This morning I got in 45 minutes. Tonight I got in about 10 minutes before I got a phone call that halted the rest. My goal ... 615 + 55 = 670 minutes and counting.... Group goal... Started at 5836 ... and I am adding Misti's 63 minutes for a sub total of 5,899 minutes. Then add my 55 minutes for .... a Grand Total of 5954 minutes !!! |
Ahhh thanks for adding in my minutes, 2cute! I just reread things and see that I am supposed to do that. :)

I have been very busy these last few nights, so have 3 days to catch up on.
Tuesday - 40 mins exercise bike and 10 mins each way to and from work = 60 Wednesday - 40 mins treadmill Thursday - 40 mins treadmill and 10 mins each way to and from work = 60 Personal Goal... 520 - 160 = 460 mins left of June's goal of 1200 Group Total... 5969 + 160 = 6129 :carrot: We're lookin' good!:carrot: Take care,:hug: Zelma |

-60 mins walking @ 3.5 mph -60 mins recumbant bicycle -20 mins weight lifting 140 mins total for the day! 6129+140=6269! And brings me to 1,160 out of 1,200 mins for the month! |
Today I had my session with my trainer for 30 minuntes. I didn't do anything else because I needed to get something done for work. That brings my total to 689.
The group total is 6,269 + 30 = 6,299 |

Today/Thursday I got in 30 minutes in both the morning and evening. :D 670 + 60 = 730 minutes. Group Goal ... 6299 + 60 minutes = 6359 |
