Little less for me today. I decided to listen to my body, so only did 30 mins on the bike and the walks to and from school, which are 10 mins each way.

Personal Goal... 820 - 50 = 770 mins left of June's goal of 1200

Group Total... 3199 + 50 = 3249

I'm not sure what I'll get done tomorrow, as I have professional development to attend. I'll have to see how energetic I'm feeling in the morning.

Got my walk with the dogs in -- 18 min today. I don't know if I'll get anything else in -- stuff planned all day!

I've fallen a little behind on my goal, but I think I can get it up to speed by the end of the weekend.

Group total ~ 3249 + 18 = 3267 minutes!

I did 25 minutes on the treadmill, hill level 5, speed 2.6 and then I did 35 minutes with my trainer. That brings my total to 417.

The group total is now 3352 + 60 = 3412

50 minutes of brisk (4mph) walking for me today.

3412+50=3462

I have been sick Tues and Wed and unable to exercise... but ....
TODAY I felt much better and got in a good one hour water workout...
and it felt GREAT !!!!!! :cb:

my goal .... 225 minutes + 60 minutes = 285 minutes

Group goal ... 3462 + 60 = 3522 minutes for June :cp:

I only got the minimum in today, which was 40 mins on the treadmill. I was thrilled though, because I could JOG again!!!!! YES!!!!! I have been SO missing jogging. The wound on my back seems just fine, so I will be jogging whenever I can now I think. It just felt SO good, and much easier than power walking at the same pace. That can be HARD.

I am hoping for a more active weekend, with lots of walking if the weather is nice. At the moment it looks as though it will be fine, but COLD.

Today was an awesome workout day for me!
40 minutes swimming, 25 minutes brisk walking at 4 mph, 60 minutes on Andrew's recumbant bicycle, and 15 minutes weight lifting! That's 140 minutes for the day! I burned nearly 1,000 cals!!!

3692+140=3832!

And brings MY total to 710 out of 1200 mins for the month! :)

Had a lovely walk along the river with hubby for an hour, which was just beautiful. We also walked a lot around two malls and in the city, but I'm only counting the river walk as that was constant and at a good speed.
