Today I did 90 minutes of water aerobics

Total is 862 + 90 = 952
152 minutes over my goal

Group total is 10,571 + 90 = 10,661

Misti - Thank you. Exercise is one of the things that I am determined to not give up unless I REALLY have to. Luckily I am a morning person, so I just make sure I get up early enough to fit it in. If I was still doing the afternoon workouts, I don't think I would have had time for many these past couple of weeks.

Today hubby and I went for a lovely walk along the river for an hour. Also lots of our usual weekend walking in malls and in the city.

Personal Goal... 20 - 60 = 40 mins over June's goal of 1200

Group Total... 10,661 + 60 = 10,721

I am pleased that I am doing so well, seeing as I had to lighten things up a little this month. Great to see how well others are doing too.:carrot:

I did 55 mins on the elliptical and 45 mins of weight training (100 mins total)

Personal Goal: 916 + 100 - 1,016 (184 mins to goal)

Group Total: 10,721 + 100 = 10,821

Walked for 55 minutes this evening. Still have almost half my goal minutes to do in these last few days. If I can get 50 minutes in a day for these last 6 days I can do it.

Next month my goal is to be to NOT cram all my minutes it at the end!!! :lol:

Me 710 mins + 70 = 780 mins

Group total 10,876 + 70 = 10,946 mins

Another beautiful hour-long walk along the river with hubby, after an hour of wandering around the zoo. We walked along a different part of the river today, which was a lovely change.

Personal Goal... 40 + 60 = 100 mins over June's goal of 1200

Group Total... 10,986 + 60 = 11,046

I was shocked to see I haven't been here since Thursday. :eek:
I was only 5 minutes short of 1200 minutes which was my goal for June... and I did not come back and report hitting GOAL !!!


Friday was a busy busy day for me. I only got in 40 minutes.
Saturday I got in two session of an hour each.
Makes my total as of Saturday at 1195 + 160 = 1355 minutes. :cp:

Group goal ... 11046 + 160 = 11,206

Yesterday I got 75 minutes of water aerobics. I am way over my goal since mid-month when I set it. Will have to "up" it next time

Well, I was really sore yesterday after all my yard work. I only got in 20 minutes of official exercise (though did more walking at the mall than that)... I'll only count the 20.

Group total ~ 11,281 + 20 = 11,301 minutes

I did 45 minutes of upper body strength training this morning.

GROUP TOTAL 11,301 + 45 = 11,346

I bought a Denise Austin video and I did the warmup,strength training, and cool down today. That is 30 min and it went by fast!

My total= 130 + 30 = 160 minutes

Group Total 11,346 + 30 = 11,376

I might be going swimming later if my suit fits..lol might be adding more.

WTG Ladies looks like everyone is moving along good!!!!

Total since 6/14 = 1087 minutes

Group total 11,376 + 60 = 11,436

Sunday I got in 50 minutes in the morning and another 60 minutes Sunday night. Plus I did yard work and cleaning all day Sat and Sun that I don't count in my total.

1355 + 110 = 1,465 for personal minutes in June.

11,436 + 110 = 11,546 for GROUP TOTAL.

Hi All,

Well now that I have my Gazelle Rider and I love it, I am going to join this thread again at long last. If it's ok I won't bother with a total amount of exercise for the month I want to do because it's so close to July and I can do that then. But I will add my exercise totals here daily. I can't put anything for today yet as I haven't done anything, but am about to remedy that, so will be back later.
