Xena -- I know what you mean about how those crazy work weeks affect exercise. I think the key is to do what you can during those weeks, and then get back on track asap, just as you are doing!!

I did a treadmill and back/abs combo this morning. 45 min total...

Group total ~ 7283 + 45 = 7328 minutes!

I've been doing Curves and my elliptical, situps and weights.

Group total was: 7328 + my 200 minutes= [COLOR="RoyalBlue"]7528 New Group Total[/COLOR].

Tonight I did 30 minutes of yoga (the JMS dvd) which brings my total for the month to 839, well over my 700 minute goal.

The group total is now 7,528 + 30 = 7,558

See everyone back here in a month! (although I will probably pop in just to see how everyone is doing) :)

I did 90 minutes of water aerobics today

317 + 90 = 407
800 - 407 = 393 left to go

Group total - 7558 + 90 = 7648

Xena, glad you are back. Yah things can get hectic trying to work in the exercise and stuff. Hope you get things figure out!

Didn't record any actual 'exercise' on Saturday. We did LOTS of walking, but it wasn't really fast enough, for long enough, to count as exercise.
Sunday hubby and I did the 'Bridges Walk' again, for 90 mins. Then today I did 40 mins on the treadmill (walking for 2 mins and jogging for 3) and a 10 min walk to school. Couldn't walk home because it was raining quite heavily.

So... 90 (Sunday) + 50 (Monday) = 140

Personal Goal... 400 - 140 = 260 mins left of June's goal of 1200

Group Total... 7648 + 140 = 7788

I also got in a walk with my dogs lasat night, so I'll count that. Not sure what I'm doing today for exercise yet...

i do plan on doing some exercise this evening so i will be back!

40 mins - NuStep - I did the whole thing at level 7 - up from 5 in 2 months!
10 mins - river walking
35 mins - lap swimming

My total 460 + 85 = 545 mins

Group total 7838 + 85 = 7923 mins

Sunday I got in an hour of swimming for the day.
This morning I got in another hour.

850 minutes + 120 = 970 minutes
WOW... I will definitely get in another 30 minutes tonight to hit 1,000. :D

GROUP 8013 + 120 = 8133

I got in a great brisk walk with a colleague on this fine day (I have to say, the heat bothers me less than it used to!!) ... 32 min

Group total ~ 8133 + 32 = 8165 min

Well, I didn't get 40 minutes in as I had hoped. But I did get 16 by doing my 8 Minute Arms and 8 Minute Abs DVD's. Hope to make up a bit tomorrow. I am going to bed early tonight so I will have more energy for work AND exercise tomorrow.

GROUP TOTAL 8165 + 16 = 8181

Did 60 mins on the recumbant bicycle. I was going to do weights, but I am so TIRED. Only got about 3 hours of sleep last night. Ugh.

After dinner, hubby and I went and lifted at the gym. We weren't sure it would be a good time, but he esp was less tired than he normally is if he goes before he eats... hmmmm... 30 more minutes for me today!

Group total 8241 + 30 = 8271 minutes!

Well this morning after working out I discovered I was only 30 minutes short of 1,000 minutes... so I was sure to get that in tonight. I actually got in 50 minutes.... so my personal total as of Monday night is 970 + 50 = 1020 minutes.

GROUP PROGRESS 8271 + 50 = 9291 minutes
