For me today was kind of light... took a break this evening and crashed after work and relaxed. Felt good too! :)
did my 74 minutes of aerobic walking today though 407 + 74 = 401 800 - 401 = 310 still to go Ummmmmmm 8271 + 50 = 8321 (not 9291) Did I miss something here? If so, someone can feel free to change my group total. Group Total 8321+ 74 = 8395 |

Walked the dogs this morning (I am not ready to do a longer workout in the mornings, but I am hoping that in the fall when it is too cold to walk them, that I start doing treadmill workouts first thing!). Don't yet know what else I'll do, but I'll do something else! I should probably wait and post it all at once, but I still get excited to post my minutes!!! Group total ~ 8395 + 15 = 8410 minutes |

River walking -- Our rec center has a circular "river" that has currents caused by jets of water. Some of the kids like to float on the tubes the center provides for the waterslide, but the water aerobics people use it in their classes - walking against (or with) the current is a really good exercise -- and several of us with joint problems can be found when class isn't in session, walking with or against the current.
The first time I took my husband, he was like, yeah, walking in water, that will help my fitness level. The next day his thighs were so sore he could hardly walk. It's his favorite kind of water exercise, as he isn't much of a swimmer. Our guesstimate is that it burns about as many calories as a water aerobics class. Sue |

I've gotten very behind on posting (as well as my exercise).
Saturday I did 40 mins on the elliptical and yesterday I walked for 95 mins. Personal total: 497 + 135 = 632 (568 mins to monthly goal) Group Total: 8,625 + 135 = 8,760 |
Good workout today:
-60 mins recumbant bike. -20 mins swimming. -20 mins weight lifting (since I was too tired last night). 100 mins total! 8760+100=8860! And brings MY total to 1,470 mins! |

I got another hour of water workout in tonight. Put on some FAST music and worked extra hard.
My personal progress is 1070 + 60 = 1130 minutes GROUP GOAL 8905 + 60 = 8965 minutes. :dance: |
