10 minutes WATP style walking and 10 minutes of crunches and stretches. That brings my total to 179.

The group total is now 1517 + 20 = 1537

My total: 145 + 70 = 215

I did my 3 mile WATP DVD this morning which is 45 minutes. I rarelly do that one because it is hard for me. Not only is it longer than I am used to exercising aerobically but it seems to be at a higher intensity. But I did it! It was danged hard, but I did it! WOO HOO!

GROUP TOTAL 1702 + 45 = 1747

90 minutes of swimming! When I get in that pool, I can just swim and swim and swim!

1747+90=1837
Brings me to 370 mins for the month so far!

Tonight I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 18 on the treadmill - when you do 15 minutes the cool down is only 3 instead of 5. Oh well. That brings my total to 237.

The group total is now 1837 + 58 = 1895

I took a walk with the dogs this morning (12 only, silly pedometer missed a few I think) and then a bike ride this afternoon (22). I feel like I work more if the exercise is longer (30 min at a time, say), but some days, this is what you get!

Group total ~ 1895 + 34 = 1929 minutes

I finally got to start exercising again after my back is better. I went to Curves and did 30 minutes there and then this evening I did 6 minutes of weights and 5 minutes of situps. So,
Group total of 1929 + my 41 minutes = 1970 New Group total.

Good to see you back, Annie! I know that one of my big fears is having to stop exercising for some reason and not wanting to start back up again. Kudos!

I'll add my early morning walk with the dogs, tho I hope to get to the gym tonight...

OK, I've got 3 days to catch up on. I didn't realise I hadn't posted my minutes for that long.

Sunday - 30 min walk with hubby (not really fast as his feet were hurting) and 30 mins on the exercise bike
Monday - 40 mins on the exercise bike
Tuesday - 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 mins walking to and from work (10 mins each way)

Personal Goal... 1040 - 160 = 880 mins left of June's goal of 1200

Group Total... 1985 + 160 = 2145

I hope I get better at recording my times. Just have to get my act together.

Man, that longer aerobic workout yesterday plus the fact that I spent 3 hours cleaning out my garage really took it out of me. My body is telling me to take it easier today so this morning I just did my 8 Minute Arms and 8 Minute Abs DVD's. Back at the walking or something aerobic tomorrow.

Morning Ladies..Looks like we are all doing great! I did a 20 min work out with Denise Austin this morning it was a little yoga/areobic/strength training! What a great mix!

My total 40 + 20 = 60 MIN!!!

I am here for my first posting of exercise.
It rained June 1 so no swimming that day.
June 2- 5th ... I got in an average of 45minutes a day for a total of 225 minutes.

My total = 225 minutes
Group total - 2206 + 225 = 2,431 :cheer:
