Yesterday I did not get in any exercise... but I shopped ALL DAY and that did me in and wore me out. LOL So no minutes for Wed but today I did 50 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes tonight... for a total of 65 minutes.
Personal goal .... 1130 + 65 = 1195 (only 5 more minute to meet my June goal.) If I had known that, I would have worked out an extra 5 minutes. LOL GROUP GOAL / 9,735 + 65 = 9,800 |

Today I got 79 minutes of aerobic walking so am 62 minutes past my June goal Total = 862 minutes Group total 9800 + 79 = 9879 (Tee hee, thanks for making the math easy for me, 2cute!) Somebody take us over the 10,000 mark really quickly here! :bike: |
Well, it has obviously been a VERY busy week for me, because I haven't posted since Monday! Sorry everyone. I have been writing mid-year reports for most of the week, then I had to write the report for my student teacher as it was her last day today.
Anyway... Tuesday - 40 mins on exercise bike and 20 min walk (10 mins each way to and from work) Wed/Thurs/Fri - 40 mins on treadmill and 20 mins walking to and from work. That adds up to 240 mins. Personal Goal... 260 - 240 = 20 mins left of June's goal of 1200 Group Total... 9879 + 240 = 10,119 :carrot: Still a week of movin' to go! Things are looking good!:carrot: Take care,:hug: Zelma |

Misti -- yes, we are toodling along and getting in better shape!! I can't believe how many of you are at or over your June goals!! Wow! I haven't posted since Tuesday... I also had not been getting much exercise in the past couple days. Today I'm starting to make up for it -- I did a bunch of yard work. I've noticed that all that strength training has really improved my raking abilities!! Let's see... looks like my tuesday walk was the last thing I recorded: Wed: 12 min walk Thur: 25 min walk Fri: 15 min walk 70 min yard work/raking etc. ---- 122 minutes to add So, group total 10,199 + 122 = 10,321 I think I'm behind for the month, so have to get moving!!! edited: oh! I'm AHEAD?? I was way ahead Monday, but the middle of the week was kind of a bust, so figured I'd still be behind... but 70 min today -- guess not!! |
HI all..I am back..life has just been 1 pain after another...I am only at 100 min..but I did 30 min walking today...I am hoping to get back into this. I have lost the 23 lbs and dont wanna gain it back. Although I wont reach the goal this month..there is always July! Looks like everyone is doing great!!

So, hubby and I have lived in our house for 4 years. It is 1 1/2 miles from our little downtown. When we moved in we said "We could walk downtown!" Of course, we never did.
Until tonight. Hubby came from work and we met downtown for dinner... and I walked!! And while I waited for him to get downtown, I realized I can shop in Talbots (not the Women's section!!!!!) That realization kept me from overeating at dinner!!! Anyway, another 35 min to add to my busy day!! Group total ~ 10,471 + 35 = 10506 minutes |
Wow. I was checking my minutes, cause I didn't think they would be this high... turns out I have done SOME kind of exercise EVERY DAY so far this month!!!!!!! Lots of days it was just a 15 min walk with the dogs, but this time last year exercise every day would never have happened!!! :carrot:
And, I'm 78 minutes ahead of my 1100 minute goal -- which is a big goal for me. I didn't realize it was going THAT well!! Another carrot for me! :carrot: |
I slacked for 2 days...the new job + stress=not in the MOOD. But I've only missed 3 days this month, and I'm way above my goal...so I'm not too worried about that little slip-up.
Got in a decent workout tonight,though! 60 mins recumbant bicycle :ebike: 20 mins weight lifting :strong: 20 mins Yoga! :yoga: Total: 100 mins. :) Brings MY total to 1,570 for the month...and OUR TOTAL TO: 10,471+100=10,571!!! |
