Today I did 70 mins on the elliptical and 50 mins weight training (120 mins total)

Personal Goal: 1,016 + 120 = 1,136 (64 mins to goal)

Group Total: 12,052 + 120 = 12,172

Hi all, I've been here before under a different name. Exercise is my downfall. I know June's almost over, but my goal is to exercise 30 minutes every day for the rest of the month--very moderate stuff as I'm just restarting. You guys are really rocking with the group total!

74 minutes of aerobic walking for me today!

Total for June since 6/14 = 1185

Group total = 12,172 + 74 = 12,246

Usual day for me. 40 mins on the treadmill (YES! I was able to jog again, but I don't think it actually helped my back, so I may just cycle tomorrow) and 20 mins walking to/from work.

Personal Goal... 210 + 60 = 270 mins above June's goal of 1200

Group Total... 12,246 + 60 = 12,306

I am looking forward to seeing how we go this month. I think it will be hard to beat May's total. I know we are over three quarters to our 100,000 mins, but I can't remember when I said we could get there. Did anyone keep track?

25 mins NuStep + 20 mins lap swimming = 45 mins

Zelma - weren't you going to slow down a bit this month?

817+ 45 = 862

Group Total 12421 + 45 = 12466 mins

Sue -- I think she DID slow down!! And still does more than the rest of us. I think there's a reason she's been so successful!

Anyway, my back hurts -- I cut my treadmill pace and time down, but I did it! 25 min. I'm going to make this June goal and I'm going to get to Onederland! Take that, fat!

Group total ~ 12,466 + 25 = 12,491 minutes!

Well, I'm not sure sure how much of my paltry June exercise I've posted here...I will check back and then add that total to the group's. In the meantime log me in for 45 min bike ride on Monday and 1 hour walk (3.4 miles - yay me!) for today.

Group total 12,491 + 105 = 12596

Oddly enough, I think its not a bad thing to (again!) start getting up at 5 am to work out...Yeah, I'm insane. <grin>

For the last couple of days I have been LAZY when it comes to exercise. I guess my brain figured that I've done over 1,600 mins this month, so I didn't have to do anything for the last week. Lame, I know. I was all set NOT to do any exercise, since I couldn't find my Yoga dvd, and I really wanted to do it. But I put on my shoes, and asked Mom if she wanted to go for a walk anyhow. 45 mins @ 4 mph. I've missed it.

12,596=45=12,641! :)

Well I sure did my best today to beat that fat off LOL.

I did 113 minutes of aerobic walking and 60 minutes of water aerobics...

Total for today = 173 minutes
Personal since 6/14 = 1358
Over goal for half month by 558 minutes

Group total = 12,686 + 173 = 12,859

Wooo hoooo somebody take us over 13,000! :)
