Well, went for a walk with Mom this afternoon up to the store to get stuff for dinner, so there was 35 minutes. Then, came back here, and push mowed for 45 minutes...I'm telling you, THAT IS A HUGE WORKOUT! I was sweaty, my heart was pounding, and my legs were killing me (going uphill...)
Zelma -- I'm sure the tiredness is frustrating, but did you ever think you'd be upset to hear a dr tell you to do less exercise?
I got a ton of walking in chicago today, but I am only recording the amt that my pedometer said was "aerobic" -- meaning that I basically did it for at least 10 min straight... and that total is 74 minutes!!
Monday and Tuesday's excercise totals were just by me cleaning our house. It has been a MESS since having my son, but its slowing getting baby-proofed.
Evening Ladies...well it was only 94 degrees today..UGH they say 100 by thursday..did I mention I dred summer!!!!! Anyhow I did manage to stay in the shade and did 20 min of walking at work! I cant wait til the pool opens this weekend!! YEAH!!

Wyllen - You know, you are RIGHT! I used to dread that the doctor would tell me I HAD to exercise, now I dread that she will tell me to stop. That is quite funny when you think about it. Thank you for making me remember that.
So, following doctor's orders *sigh* I had a fairly light day. 30 mins on the bike in the morning (didn't do the usual treadmill because I want to vary the equipment and I also though that the 'jiggling' when I jogged might pull my back where the stitch and wound is still very fresh) and 10 min walk TO school and 10 min walk HOME again.
Personal Goal... 1150 - 50 = 1100 mins left of May's goal of 1800
Group Total... 4289 + 50 = 4339
Glad to see we are moving along quite nicely again.
20 mins today of walking...went job hunting AGAIN...and I was walking a LOT, but I'm only going to count 20 mins of it...and I was in HEELS! lol...talk about CARDIO :P
Brings me to halfway to my May goal!!!! 400 down, 400 to go!!
