Fifty-five minute bike ride for me today. After yesterday's workout on the treadmill I could feel my quads this morning when I woke up. The bike felt really hard and after 30 minutes was wondering what on earth could be the problem. Then I realized that right after my last workout on the bike, I had turned the tension UP a notch. No wonder my legs felt like they were going to fall off! I managed to do my minimum 50 minutes after the warm-up and gladly stepped off to stretch.

I really wish I could just stay in bed all day. Taking myself to the shower instead. Have a good workout y'all! ;-)
Tonight I did 45 minutes on the treamill, hill level 4. I am going to skip the weights tonight because I am too tired. That's what I get for not getting enouhg sleep! My total is now 1052.
Dusty - -congrats for getting here and posting. They are in no way "pathetic" minutes, are they really? We all start somewhere.. .and yesterday I only had 17 minutes!
Still avoiding cardio and did my Richard Simmon's Blast and Tone DVD which is 25 minutes. Although I have to say that at this weight sometimes even doing weights get my heart going and me sweating. So maybe I am doing cardio without even realizing it.
