Well I knocked out a big chunk of my remaining exercise goal yesterday. We had a golf out for work. No, I am definitely NOT a golfer but I tried my best anyway. Out of the 4.5 hours we were on the course, I am counting 2 hours as exercise. Did lots of walking and ball shagging!
Wow, I've been logging lots of work hours this week (the term is almost done) and exercise has suffered a bit. But I did 20 mins of weight lifting tonight followed by a lot of heavy housecleaning, of which I'm counting less than a 3rd (20 min)... for a total of 40 minutes.

I think our previous high was almost 16,000 minutes -- are we going to top it it this month???
Something's going on with my body - don't know if it was the week off, lack of sleep or what, but yesterday I could barely finish my 30 minutes on the elliptical and couldn't even think about continuing on to the treadmill - I was so tired. Strange . . . I guess I will try and give myself some rest and TLC this weekend and hopefully things will be back to normal next week. My total is now 1172.
I didn't set a minute goal this month, but I'm up to about 700, OK, 695 minutes for the month. Not too shabby considering I only really started a week ago. Today's 90 + 13,527 =
Walked around botantical gardens: 90 minutes (I minused out the time I took for pictures etc already)

Well, no exercise for yesterday because of the Literacy conference ALL day and I was too tired to do any in the evening. I have to put in Friday's though, which was 40 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins of laps of the oval with the kids.
I had to make a little adjustment to my personal goal because I worked out that I didn't add my first 20 min session of aerobics with the kids a few weeks back. It may only be 20 mins, but I don't want to miss it.
I'm not going to make my goal, but I still think I'm doing pretty well seeing as I followed doctor's orders and reduced my exercise times.
Personal Goal... 460 - 80 = 380 mins left of May's goal of 1800
Group Total... 13,767 + 60 = 13,827

In addition to the usual barn activity (which I don't count) I did stalls for an hour. It's not especially aerobic, but it 's lots of arm exercise which I'll probably be feeling tomorrow, so I'm going to count 20 minutes of it. Ya know, it's the sort of thing I didn't used to be able to do for more than a few minutes at a time, and even then with pain, before I started this journey.
Saturday I didn't exercise at all. All I did was maybe lift up some heavy blinds we got and put them into our trunk, lol. I hope to exercise some more before May ends.
Didn't get the usual hour walk in with hubby as it started to rain just as we headed off, so I did 60 mins on the treadmill instead. Not as fast as I would usually do, but still walked 8km (4.8 miles), which isn't too bad.
