Following doctor's orders, to not exercise for a couple of days due to the stitches, I only walked to and from school yesterday. So that's 20 mins.
I'm not going to change my original goal, because I'd like to see how close I get to it, even though I'm not expecting to meet it this month. There has been a good reason for me not exercising as much and I am happy that I am following 'orders'.
I am VERY impressed with how much some of you are working out. I wonder if any of you have kept a record to see how much you've improved. I've got a table in Word, where I have the days of the month and each activity, so I can keep track. I can clearly see that my time has decreased drastically, but as long as I keep entering SOMETHING on a regular basis I am happy with myself.
Personal Goal... 840 - 20 = 820 mins left of May's goal of 1800
Group Total... 7374 + 20 = 7394
