Well, I don't think I'll be making my goal for the month, but I'm sure I will cope. Basically, I went to the doctor yesterday about my constant tiredness and she thinks that I am STILL doing too much exercise. So I'll be cutting back to see how I go. She has told me I only need to be doing three sessions a week of 30 mins to maintain my current weight. I really don't want to cut back THAT far as I don't want to reduce my fitness level too much, so I may try for 30 mins every day and see if that helps. If not, I suppose I'll have to try only three days a week. There are a LOT more details on the main 300+ thread, but that is it in a nutshell.
So, yesterday I did 35 mins on the treadmill, 15 mins of laps with the kids and two 10 min walks, to and from school. That is 70 mins for Monday.
Today I just walked to and from school, so 20 mins for today.
Personal Goal... 1240 - 90 = 1150 mins left of May's goal of 1800
Group Total... 3630 + 90 = 3720
