Did my 20 minute WATP DVD this morning and my 50 minute balance ball DVD this evening putting me at 225/600 for May. Still a little behind, but am trying to catch up!

Well my baby is sick (again! Eek!) so I didnt get to exercise . . . until tonight. I am so proud I cant tell you. I was covered in snot, tired from all the baby comforting...but he went to sleep. Hubby went to sleep and I did my aerobics. 30 minutes :) You all make me look lazy doing all you do, but I am just starting. I am way too busy to do exercise on the weekends so I am trying to do 30 minutes a day weekdays. so:

Finally got to back to exercising...hopefully this thread will keep me focused on moving more instead of moping... Did some bellydancing/kickboxing so...

On Friday I just got in my minimum 10 minutes inbetween all the packing and prepping. For the trip, I am using a pedometer. I haven’t been tracking time, but I am going to assume that a mile takes me 25 minutes. So here is what I have walked so far:
Saturday - 2.28 miles Sunday - 3.58 miles Monday - 3.13 miles So total for all that including Friday is 235 minutes, which brings my total to 706. The group total is now 6959 + 235 = 7194 |
monday 55 minutes walking, 5 minutes jog, 20 minutes night walk = 80 minutes
7194 + 80 = 7274 |
40 min of cardio today
group total=7274 + 40=7314 |
60 mins Mall walking (since the weather was super crappy) today, at a very good pace.

Following doctor's orders, to not exercise for a couple of days due to the stitches, I only walked to and from school yesterday. So that's 20 mins.
I'm not going to change my original goal, because I'd like to see how close I get to it, even though I'm not expecting to meet it this month. There has been a good reason for me not exercising as much and I am happy that I am following 'orders'. I am VERY impressed with how much some of you are working out. I wonder if any of you have kept a record to see how much you've improved. I've got a table in Word, where I have the days of the month and each activity, so I can keep track. I can clearly see that my time has decreased drastically, but as long as I keep entering SOMETHING on a regular basis I am happy with myself. Went out for a quick bike ride with Mom this evening, as it was starting to get chilly, so didn't stay out as long as we would have liked to.
