Evening Ladies...not doing so good here...add 20 min to my 75 min..this is sad...BUT I have been focusing on my eating so that is good for me!

My Goal...75 + 20 = 95 min


Group total 3089 = 20 = 3109

cyn and angela -- it takes time to build up -- don't be discouraged!!

I was behind in my minutes, so I went ahead and did a treadmill workout to keep up! 30 minutes! (and 55 for the day for me!)

Group total ~ 3109 + 30 = 3139 minutes!

Well, Saturday was a washout, but Sunday
30 mins NuStep
20 mins water river walking (we went down the water slide at the end!)
15 mins stroll in park with puppy and husband.

So my total is 185

Group total 3204 minutes

Can't you smell all the calories burning

So it was a bad weekend for me exercise wise. Oh well - such is life. I got my 10 minutes in again last night before bed. Thank goodness it is back to the gym with me today. My total is now 295.

The group total is now 3204 + 10 = 3214

I did 60 minutes of sprint intervals on my bike this morning.

Adding Patti's workout and mine,

Group Total: 50 + 60 + 3214 = 3324

Yeah, I CAN smell all those fat enzymes working HARD! We are ALL becoming "better butter burners!!!!" Yipee!!!

I went to Curves and did 10 minutes on the eliptical at home.
So... 40 minutes for dogpal + 3324 for the group total = 3364 new group total

Well I had a wedding to go on Saturday. Talk about an obstacle for someone trying to eat healthily. AND an open bar to boot.... Ugh. However I DID dance my booty off for about half an hour. And then Sunday I helped some friends pack and get things ready to move to their new piece of land out in the country. So between packing, loading heavy bricks into a truck, and walking in the woods I would say I got a good 90 minutes of exercise that day. SO....

120 minutes for me

I got back to the gym today and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 21 minutes on the treadmill (I was a bit late and had to leave a few minutes early because they close at 8). That brings my total to 346.

The group total is now 3534 + 51 = 3585

Saturday 15 minutes and Sunday 30 minutes...weekend total 45 minutes...

Well, I don't think I'll be making my goal for the month, but I'm sure I will cope. Basically, I went to the doctor yesterday about my constant tiredness and she thinks that I am STILL doing too much exercise. So I'll be cutting back to see how I go. She has told me I only need to be doing three sessions a week of 30 mins to maintain my current weight. I really don't want to cut back THAT far as I don't want to reduce my fitness level too much, so I may try for 30 mins every day and see if that helps. If not, I suppose I'll have to try only three days a week. There are a LOT more details on the main 300+ thread, but that is it in a nutshell.

So, yesterday I did 35 mins on the treadmill, 15 mins of laps with the kids and two 10 min walks, to and from school. That is 70 mins for Monday.

Today I just walked to and from school, so 20 mins for today.

Personal Goal... 1240 - 90 = 1150 mins left of May's goal of 1800

Group Total... 3630 + 90 = 3720

45 minutes of exercise today! 95 in total! i kind of fell off track last month, but im back!
