I was totally exhausted last night! I don't know what it was, but I came home and went to bed for awhile and was just so tired. I think it might have been from emotion/anticipation of my dr appt, but I don't know. Anyway, because of my appt I didn't go to the gym and because I was tired I just did 15 minutes of stability ball work. That brings my total to 431.
The group total is now 4609 + 15 = 4624 |
60 minutes for me group total
4624=60=4684 |

hello everybody! Just posting before I head to work. I did 45 minutes of strength and sculpting today.
Group total=4854 +45= 4899 |
10 minutes on the treadmill and then 30 minutes with my trainer brings me to 471 so far.
The group total is now 4899 +40 = 4939 |
10 minutes on my eliptical and 30 minutes at Curves.
Group total 4939 + 40 = 4979 New Group total. |

Well I am starting late. This is SUCH a FANTASTIC idea!
So I want to set a goal of 300 minutes for the month, its half over already. Lets see how I do. Today I exercised for the first time in forever using the Yourself!fitness computer program. So its 30 minutes total for me (270 to go) 5109 for group |

I've been too too busy with work lately and luckily was ahead for the month, so taking a couple days off exercise didn't do me in. Today I'm back on track with 48 minutes -- 38 on the treadmill and 10 abs and back. I'm a little behind schedule but think I'll make it up. I'm doing the American Cancer SOciety's Relay for Life ... walking for an hour from 3-4 am Sunday morning as part of a team, so that will be some good exercise, and I'll probably go to the gym tomorrow too, so I will hopefully catch up. Group Total ~ 5109 + 48 = 5157 minutes! |
OK... it was obviously a busy end to the week, because I have to post for Thursday, Friday AND today. I can post today's as I know I won't be doing any more.
Thursday and Friday were identical - 30 mins on treadmill and 10 mins walking to school and 10 mins coming home again. Saturday - 30 mins on treadmill and 40 min walk with hubby. Personal Goal... 1100 - 170 = 930 mins left of May's goal of 1800 (I may actually make my goal, but I'm not going to stress if I don't. Thursday and Friday I did more of my walking regimn with my son....indoors and outdoors, never the less, I did house cleaning that I didn't count too. :) |

Haven't gotten as much exercise as I'd hoped, but I'm still staying active so it's better than nothing.
I've gotten about an average of 45 minutes a day for the six days. So, that means we're at 5532+270=5802 minutes for the month so far! |
