Gotta love walking! I did another 60 minutes of walking despite having to see my doctor.

Hi, add 80 mins for me, 60 walking fast (it's raining!!) & 2x10 on the exercise bike.
GROUP TOTAL 8894+80=8974
MY TOTAL 450 (aim 800)

Just 30 mins of exercise bike (it doesn't make me 'jiggle' like the treadmill, so is better for the stitches) both yesterday and today. Also went for a lovely walk with hubby for 40 mins today, but it was only a stroll, so I'm not counting it. We had a beautiful day, and it was a beautiful day. I should have enough Vitamin D now.

Personal Goal... 820 - 60 = 760 mins left of May's goal of 1800

Group Total... 8974 + 60 = 9034

That total is going up VERY nicely.

Feeling really good today! I did 25 mins cardio dance, then 10 mins of arms & shoulders. Then, went out jogging. Granted, I only lasted 5 minutes, but it's better than nothing. I felt like I was DYING! lol...but in the good way! So 40 mins for me today. :)

I actually got on elliptical! I don't get it yet, but

NuStep 44 mins + 4 mins elliptical

Personal total: 580 + 48 = 628 mins

Group total 9174 + 48 = 9222

Wonder when we'll be at 10,000!

Friday I walked about 70 minutes total throughout the day. It feels good to walk and be out in the day's air.

I got in 62 min today... pretty much a carbon copy of thursday... walking dogs, treadmill and back/ab exercises

Group total~ 9362 + 62 = 9424 minutes

none for me today aafter 2months of 7 days a week my body was screaming for a break. i will be back on the treadmill tomorrow though!:o

same here for me too. i did not work out today by any means nor did i do housework. all i did was sleep, take care of my son and myself, and recouperate. hope everyone else will have a good weekend.

Two lovely hour-long walks with hubby over the weekend. Saturday we walked on a path that ran along the coast. The sand dunes got in the way of the ocean view at times, but you could still hear the surf crashing. Sunday we walked along the river. Both beautiful days and beautiful walks.

Personal Goal... 760 - 120 = 640 mins left of May's goal of 1800

Group Total... 9424 + 120 = 9544

It sounds like some of you are taking a well-deserved break. I'm glad you are listening to your bodies. I'm slowly learning to do that.
