Oh man...just got done dancing for 30 mins...not to a dvd or anything, just to bouncy music...and it was even MORE high impact than my high impact dvd! LOL! I was jogging, and jumping around, and just looking like I was generally spazzing out! LOL!!!

9610+30=9640

Wednesday - 30 minutes exercise ball, 20 minutes walking, 10 minutes stretching
Thursday - 30 minutes exercise ball, 30 minutes walking, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes weights
Friday (today) - 30 minutes walking

So that makes it 9640+170 = 9810 minutes

Copied from the main thread

Whew! I got in another 60 minutes of exercise! Mom and I were going to take a walk down to the Industrial Park, and see about digging up some pretty rocks/stones to put in the garden...well, I decided I wanted to see if I could jog to the stop sign (about 2 city blocks, or about 1/6 of a mile, Mom believes)...well, I got halfway, jogging at a GOOD speed, and stopped...had to stretch for a minute, and then jogged the other half. I was SO proud of myself for making it...my lungs were burning, and I could FEEL it in my calves so much...sorry if it seems like I'm bragging, but I'm just so HAPPY for me...hehe. Then, we dug up rocks, which was a LOT of bending over, and I was out of breath a LOT...going up and down hills, and such. Then, we walked back.

So, 9810+60=9870!!

And I only have 185 minutes to make 800!!! Maybe, just MAYBE I'll make it! I've got the weekend still!! I CAN DO THIS! (maybe) lol

Adding another 20 minutes for exercise ball, 10 minutes stretching, and 10 minutes weights - for a total of 70 minutes today, and the group total of

9870+40=9910 minutes

Went to the gym tonight for 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill. I think I need some caffine now or something because it is only 8:30 and I am almost falling asleep! That brings my total to 1220.

The group total is now 9910 + 60 = 9970

Woohoo -- I get to take us over 10K!!! Zelma, I agree that this is motivating, and hope others join us, but I have an idea I might institute next month for a tiny boost, maybe...

kayley -- you're not far -- give it a shot!

Went to the gym for weights and took the dogs on a nice walk for 40 min...

Group total ~ 9970 + 40 = 10,010

Did my morning bike ride - 60 min
then a HARD dance class (did my FIRST EVER pliés- yes, as in more than one!!!) - 90 minutes

Total workout today - 150 minutes

I am sooooo jaazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzeddddddddddddddd.

Group Total = 10,050 + 150 = 10,200

Kayle - I totally want an elliptical too! :-)

I did 30 minutes exercise ball, 30 minutes walking, 10 minutes weights, and 10 minutes stretching again today.

That leaves our total at 10,200+80 minutes = 10,280 minutes

Yesterday I had a more relaxed day and I did my yoga dvd, which is 30 minutes. That brings my total to 1250. I think I will make the time today to get 50 minutes in to bring my total to 1300 since that is what I have set for myself next month.

The group total is now 10,230 + 30 = 10,260

Walked my dog 45 minutes this morning, putting me at 425 for the month, short of my 600 minute goal. That's OK. I'll do better in May!

GROUP TOTAL 10,260 + 45 = 10,305

Need to post for Saturday AND Sunday, and they were both the same. 30 mins treadmill in mornings, and 20 mins home gym and 30 mins bike in afternoon. Making total for 2 days 160 mins.

Personal Goal... 220 + 160 = 380 mins above April's goal of 1800

SO... final amount for April is... 2180

Group Total... 10,305 + 160 = 10,465

I look forward to seeing the final amount seeing as we are down a few people lately. I think we are still doing VERY well.

Take care,

Zelma
