I managed to do 10 minutes exercise ball and 10 minutes weights/stretching. This is the first time I've exercised in far too long, and I'm feeling it right now. Sad =/

with a total of 130 minutes for me for the month
Morning Ladies..I could not get on here last night..maybe to much traffic..lol..anyhow went to the park for a 40 min walk..the park was "tore up" because they are putting in new things so hubby and I were dodging large rocks,potholes,and sidewalks that were once there and now a pile of rubble! Note to self:stay home and walk around neighborhood for a few months...lol
My Goal 310 + 40 = 350 minutes....150 more to goal !
Well, no workout for me this morning. I barely woke up to turn off the alarm. TOM is coming either today or tomorrow and I'm tired. I have resigned myself to not reaching goal this month. I'll come very close (I think I'll end up being about 130 minutes short of my goal) and I'm going to end up doing more than I did last month, so I'm not fretting it too much.
I can enter today's 30 mins on the treadmill because I think that is all I will get done. I'm going to make this afternoon part of my 'rest' day... other half will probably be tomorrow afternoon, as I'm hoping to get a good walk in along the river in the morning.
I won't be exercising this afternoon because I will have my hair all done and I don't want to get 'scruffy' from any exercise before we head out for the evening. Vain huh? And LOVING it!

It was another night at the gym with 30 mintues on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill. That brings my total to 1100. I will definitely hit my goal of 1200, but I don't think I will top last month. I'm ok with that.
Hiya Ladies...30 min walking today at lunch. I had a real hard time with it...my back was aching and I was talking along the way with a friend and all she could talk about was how she had to loose 20 lbs..UGH..sometimes I wish people could stop and see that I am trying to loose here to..so I said to her ya..I know try having to loose 180 like me and you know what she said...well its easy to lose weight when you have that much to loose..I just laughed and I told her..thanks...and she knew I was mad..lol..oh well what can ya do...
I usually do my 90-minute session on Saturdays. But, since I will be doing that dance class Sat. morning, and since my 90-min sessions leave me with "wobbly legs" for the rest of the say, I thought it sensible of me to do my 90-min session today and do a 60-min session on Sat. before my dance class. And so, I did.
Today's workout felt HARD. I had to keep talking myself through it once I got to 70 minutes. I'm tired and sad today. <deep breath> I just gotta keep on doing what I'm doing and let time pass as it always does.
Hi add 30 mins very fast uphill walking for me, can I add the walking I will be doing over the weekend so I can reach my target as I won't have access to a pc? it will only be 150 minutes even though in reality it will be several hours each day! Group Total 9390+30=9420 MY TOTAL 720 (aim 800)

Cyn - I know what you mean. I flitter all over these boards and I read a lot of posts where people want to lose 20 pounds. I understand that it is tough for them and they have issues too, but it is also one of the reasons I SO value the 300+ section here because we all know what it is like to have such a large amount to lose. Good for you to be out there walking with her even if she is a bit clueless!
Sharon - I don't see why we can't hold the thread open for you to return before getting a final count, although Wyllen is the boss here!
Tonight I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and I even got it up to 2.7 for awhile on hill setting 3, although I had to take it back down to 2.5 part way through when the incline got higher. I then had my 30 minute session with my trainer. He says I am doing really well, and he is really pleased with my progress. Aw well, shucks, so am I! That brings my total to 1160.
Evening Ladies...I did 30 min walking today! We also has Italian food at work and I was sooo good. That is one of my weaknesses..and I did very well..I even passed up cake!

Hubby and I had a lovely walk along the river early this morning for an hour. I also did 40 mins on the bike this afternoon, but a little slower as my knee has been bothering me lately.

We'll easily make the 10,000 mark, even with fewer people. We are still doing well. I do hope to see the others make it back here though. It really does help to keep me motivated, knowing I'm going to write my minutes in here.
Ugh! I woke up late again today. I'm really not being as disciplined as I should be with my bedtimes or my risings! No workout for me this morning...I will take my gym bag with me to work; take myself to the gym at lunch - I hope!!!
