  • Well, as it turns out my strength training tape is exactly 50 minutes and Sunday is my usual day for that. So I end the month at 1300 minutes, which although it is under my March total of 1443 is still above my April goal of 1200. Also, this is 4th month of doing some form of exercise every day, even if only 10 minutes (except for 2 days in January when I was too sick to get out of bed). I am pretty sure I can safely say I have never in my life consistently gotten so much exercise.

    That brings the group total to 10,465 + 50 = 10,515
  • Well, the day was so beautiful today, I could not resist going out for a little walk around the Lake by my home. Add 30 minutes for me on my "rest" day! LOL I'm just as bad as Zelma!!!!! :-)

    Group Total: 10,515 + 30 = 10,545

    I finished April and did not finish my goal. I'm 89 minutes short of my 1440 goal. Then again, I'm excited to have worked out more minutes, covered more miles at a faster rate, and worked out a higher number (and a higher percentage) of days in April than in March. I'm feeling pretty accomplished, yes sireee, I am!

  • ooohh... some interest in my new idea? I'll say more once the April thread is done... but let's just say I think we have this whole monthly thing down, and I have a bigger challenge for all of us in mind!

    As for me, I've been to the gym but still have to hit the treadmill. I WILL meet my goal this month!!

  • 30 minutes exercise ball, 30 minutes walking, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes weights, 5 minutes jump rope

    10,545+85=10,630
  • 70 min for me: 25 weights, 40 treadmill; 5 back exercises! Which puts me a whopping 8 min over my goal!

    Group total ~ 10,630 + 70 = 10,700 min!
