I'm Done for the day. Got in 30 minutes of good dog walking, before the knees gave out.

-30 mins '30 Day Shred'...well, the dvd is 27 mins, but I throw in extra crunches and pushups to make it the full 30. :) -35 mins Walking/Jogging Intervals -25 mins Yoga Personal Total: 375 + 90 = 465/2,200 mins. Group Total: 1,546 + 90 = 1,636 mins. |

Changed routine to short (almost daily) workouts as it seems to work well with my 'no free time' schedule. Although I did get a walk in today.
