I'm Done for the day. Got in 30 minutes of good dog walking, before the knees gave out.

- Saturday - 40 minutes Hip hop abs
- 30 minute walk
- Monday - 40 minute hip hop abs
- 60 minute walk

Group Total - 1376 + 170 = 1546

Today's Exercise:
-30 mins '30 Day Shred'...well, the dvd is 27 mins, but I throw in extra crunches and pushups to make it the full 30. :)
-35 mins Walking/Jogging Intervals
-25 mins Yoga

Personal Total: 375 + 90 = 465/2,200 mins.

Group Total: 1,546 + 90 = 1,636 mins.

Changed routine to short (almost daily) workouts as it seems to work well with my 'no free time' schedule. Although I did get a walk in today.

Mon - 27 mins bodyweight exercises
Tue - 15 mins bodyweight exercises
Wed - 27 mins bodyweight exercises
Wed - 45 min walk (very cold windy day!)

Group total: 2,041 + 114 = 2,155
