-30 mins "The Goddess Workout: Bellydance"
-45 mins Strength Training
-15 mins Stability Ball

Personal Total: 60 + 90 = 150/2,200 mins.

Group Total: 239 + 90 = 329 mins.

I'm aiming for 2,000 in October. Came up a lil short in Sept. Vacations are over, ready to get back into my routine!

10/1: 60 min - cardio/abs/stretching
10/2: 60 min - cardio/abs/stretching
10/3: 110 min - weights/cardio/stretching
10/4: 60 min - bike ride

Personal: 290 :)

Group Total: 754 + 290 = 1,044 :strong:

-45 mins Walking/Jogging Intervals. (It was finally not raining and FREEZING, so I could go outside!)

Personal Total: 330 + 45 = 375/2,200 mins.

Group Total: 1,089 + 45 = 1,134 mins.

Catching Up My Stats
 
Morning All!

Got a couple of days to catch up.

Fri = 27 min walking + 5 minutes leg lifts
Sat = 20 min walking
Sun = 0 (pure d case of the lazies)

My Oct Stats: 90/1000


GROUP = 1134 + 52 = 1186
