Morning All!
Got a couple of days to catch up. Fri = 27 min walking + 5 minutes leg lifts Sat = 20 min walking Sun = 0 (pure d case of the lazies) My Oct Stats: 90/1000 GROUP = 1134 + 52 = 1186 |
Group - 1,186 + 60 = 1,246

I am only adding once a week, and its just a little, but every bit helps! 100 minutes of dog walking and treadmill time
