172.6 today! I am so stinking happy! I think my scale has 'reset' from the water incident finally and is giving accurate numbers now. Let's hope its right! It is still possible for me to get to 169.9 this month- 2.7 lbs in 9 days! I HOPE so! Previous adult low was 168, and I am so looking forward to seeing less than that!
Hey ladies, I started at 182 and I'm offically ready to join this group again as I keep bouncing between 179 and 178. I will be at 168 by my birthday in four weeks
evil new scale is saying 177.8, so im def heading in right direction now! Yey feel remotivated!
I was at dog shows over the weekend , & i havent seen some ofthe people for a month/ or two weeks, i think the last 7lbs lost must be really noticable as i had TONS of compliments, plusive had a hair cut , so some people actually did a doubletake!

Fantastic!!!!!oh you are soooooo close. id LOVE to be 168 (uk 12stone) by august, i dont think itsdo-able though because of my weightloss pattern (i think ive had my shift /drop for this month & going by previous patterns i wil prob stick here for a week ortwo)

168 is my lowest weight whilst with my O/H, so looking forward to hitting that one!Itsalso the weight i KNOW i dnt look "fat" at, so ANYTHING under that is a bonus!
173.6. Only .2 less than yesterday, but I will take it. I wish I could see that wonderful 172 again, but, it will come in time. I know for sure I will see my 165 by school start on Aug 23. 164 would be 20 lbs lost since getting done with summer school June 24. Oh how I would love to see that!
Mish, that's awesome that 168 is your no longer fat weight! You are SOOO close! Sadly, I am a short apple shaped person, so I have to get to 130's to look thin. Bad deal for me!
I was 174.0 lbs yesterday. I would really love to be 170 or 171 by the first for one of my challenges. Then I would have about a week or so to get to 168 or 169 for the other.
Petite, I am with you! I want to start out Aug first in the 160's sooooooo bad!! I will take 169.9999 lol. I know its a stretch by I am going to do my best to get there. It's kinda crazy, but the next six days I am going to do VLCD liquid diet/detox (Slim Fast alternating with Lean Pro Matrix Protein Shakes) and 2 hours at the gym. I figure if I can create a calorie deficit of 1750 per day (750 food deficit/1000 cal exercise deficit) for the next 6 days, that is 3 pounds and should get me just over the cusp! Its gonna be tough but I want it badly!

Hi Ladies!
Okay I have been lurking here for the last week or so, but I REALLY need some encouragement. The last 2 weigh ins for 2 weeks have been...160. I am doing Insanity AND working out at the gym, I log EVERYTHING I eat on Daily Plate, and I drink nothing but water!!!!! I stay within 1600-1700 cals because with Insanity you are supposed to be Very Active and this is even slightly below the caloric recommendation. I soooooooooooo want to be down to the 150s, I started this battle with the 160s 6 months ago after I had my daughter (baby #2). EEEEEeeeeeeek, so want to be done help! You all are doing so great and some are so close I just feel like I will be stuck here forever! Thanks in advance!
Munster, I would up your calories for a week by another 150-200 cals per day and just see what happens. I would guess you are under fueling for that amount of activity. Watch sodium, as your muscles will hang onto water more when you get too much sodium. Just try one week with a little higher calorie count and see what happens. I have seen it be the trick soooo many times! Good luck and congrats on your loss!
Hi Everyone! New here but excited to see so many others in a similar spot. I just got down to 165, a mini goal of mine, and now I'm hoping I can keep motivated so that I can be in the 150s before a big vacation at the end of August. Good work everyone!
