Lilies- Congrats on 160!! That's such a great accomplishment- 60 pounds lost! You go girl!

Today I weighed in at 172.0. That's .2 away from my previous low and I am sure I will see that tomorrow!!

love2b150-Don't worry, you WILL get out of the 1701s! Just stay positive and on plan and it will happen.

jaimie1980-Thanks for the advice, I totally agree with you, I was just wary of actually doing that because of the fear of gain lol! I actually just posted on another thread about starvation mode, but though that I was getting enough because I am generally about 1650-1700. I have been having an extra snack and...

I weighed in today at 159.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay so it's not much lower than 160 but heck I will take it. I am going to stick around until at least 158 so that I can be sure it's not a fluke but OH MAN did that make me happy this morning woohoo! Crossing fingers that eating a little more will continue to fuel this loss!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS , thanks everyone for your inspiration and encouragement!

Congrats munster! I bet seeing that 159 felt amazing! I think the 150's is where is starts to seem like your not 'fat' anymore. It sounds 'normal.' I can't wait to be in your shoes, hopefully by mid Sept! Big HIGH FIVE!

171.6 here.....Still hoping for a miracle- to start out the month of August in the 160's! Super close! I feel like I might actually make it...

Did I mention that this is 'officially' the lowest weight I have been since summer of 2003 (got to 168 at that time)? I am SOOOOO HAPPY!!

Weight history:
High School: 130's
Age 19: Dropped to 115
Age 20: Drank a lot of beer: 155/160
Age 21: Drank more beer: 168/170
Age 22: pregnant- pre-pregnancy 170 post 180
Age 23: did Atkins and got to 168
Age 24-25- stayed 170-180
Age 26: pregnant- pre- 180 post 195
Age 27: pregnant again! pre 195 post 205
Age 28-29: Gained up to 217
Started diet March 2010 and got to 171.8 in Jan 2011
Regained back up to 182/184. Diagnosed with PCOS.
Restarted end of June 2011, and here I am.....171.6

I fell off the wagon >.<

I had surgery 5 weeks ago. I got new breasts. I gained 2lbs in boobs, and have been at 165 since then (only 1lb of extra weight). But the past few weeks I've just given up eating well. I'm up to 168 the past few days. I went shopping and had to get size 11 jeans, and size 15 capris (I was almost into size 7 jeans before surgery). I was given clearance to get back to the gym last week at one month post op, but I haven't been back. I'm so scared to see a big decrease in my times and weight lifting.. but I'm going on vacation in 11 days, and a wedding in 9 days, and feel like crap about how I look. I need motivation!

Kelli- Congrats on the new boobs! I am hoping to get some, along with a tummy tuck, once I get to goal. I am sure you are being the typical woman and judging yourself too hard- I am sure you look great!

chas- You have lost a ton of weight girl! Awesome! They say that the last 25 is the hardest to get off, and its common for your loss to slow to 1 pound a week. But hang in there lady, you have come this far and are in the home stretch and you WILL make it!

Today I am 171.2. Getting so close to the 160's, I can hardly wait. I am going to do a cartwheel when I get there!

170 I'm going on a trip to another city with my boyfriend in 3 weeks exactly so that's my motivation!! I'm going to lose as much weight as possible before then.

Hey, seems like everyone in this thread is doing super-well, so I thought I'd join ya. (: I've been stuck in the 160s for a while, and I really wanna see a 159.
My boyfriend is leaving in 2 weeks, and I won't see him for 21 days, so I'm hoping if I make it to the 150s by then it'll motivate me to keep losing, even without him here.

Hi everyone! I just got into the 170's this week, currently at 177.5. I'm starting my second week today, and i'm nervous! After losing 4 pounds in my first week, I'm really nervous that I'm not going to lose anything this week, or I'll give up on eating right or something. My trainer gave me today off and it's driving me crazy not being at the gym, but I'm forcing myself to rest today, because I just did 2 really hard gym days in a row!
My trainer's goal for me is to lose 2lbs per week, so i'm hoping I'm not here for months and months! (: I can't even imagine being out of the 170's nevermind the 160's!
