lol - yeah i think it's hard anytime! Yeah its the whole if your thirsty then it's too late kind of thing... But i just don't ever think "oh i should go have a glass of water now"

jackiedavis87 - I feel your pain lol. I have not exercised in a looooong time. But because i'm still loosing weight, it's hard to find the motivation :/. At the same time, i don't want to get to goal weight and for it to be a hot mess because i haven't been weight training/doing cardio. Plus going to the gym can be great for loosing weight. But argh. lol.
173.6 today - Almost at 30 pounds lost! Feeling a bit like i look exactly the same, but i know it's my mind playing tricks on me - it's also TOM so feeling a bit more bloated etc. 160's here i come!
