  • I can't get out of the 170s and it drives me nuts! I've been at 178ish forever and it's crazy. I'm hoping to bust through this plateau soon because, ugh, I am DONE with the 170s.

  • I want to get out of the upper 160s to 170 range. I want to be overweight not obese... I've been looking at the overweight line and dreaming about it for too long. I need to stop with my shenanigans and get past that line!
  • I'm moving through the 170s a little faster than I'd expected.

    176.6 lbs this morning.
  • Man I am so failing at the 170s...I don't know what is going on with me but I've just been not strict enough and I want to get moving but you know...all I have is excuses lol.

    Weird TMI moment though...I had some bleeding when I wasn't on my period. It was around the time I would've ovulated according to my period app on my phone lol. I NEVER have bleeding between periods. I'm not sure if I should be worried or not.
  • Back up to 168 this morning... 1 more week until I can get back to the gym. I'm trying to hydrate and do light exercise.. I know 3lbs of this is water weight.. since I put it on in 2 days.. maybe I can lose that plus another 2 before I can get back to the gym. Today started going back on my diet plan. I just want to get out of the 160s I worked too hard to be so close to the 170s again.

    Kelli21, You're already doing great by being back on plan. In the past, I would have used my being unable to exercise as a good excuse to eat ridiculous amounts of fatty foods (insane logic, I know).

    love2b150, my tops are still a little tight in the midsection, but I've got lots of arm space now. I cannot wait to be able to start buying new clothes. I just keep that in mind on days when I feel bleh.

    aliquot, I've also had that happen while my body was becoming acclimated to my new diet and exercise regimen, so I'm not sure if you should be worried or not. I would call the doctor if it continues for longer than a week.

    TOM started the same day as my last post, and I actually lost. I think I retain water, but TF is still forcing the scale to budge. I can't wait until Thursday to see what it says. Hope I can get that last 0.6 pounds to make it an even 20 pounds gone.

  • I was 164,8 last friday and I went up to 169 lbs over the weekend. I'm pretty sure it's all water retention but still. It SUCKS!

    Unless you're eating rocks.. I don't know how you would gain that much REAL weight over the weekend. Try cutting back on the sodium and upping the water. I hope it comes off soon!

  • I think I may take a gamble and start posting I'm down to 179 today! Hi everyone, looks like I will be here for quuuite a while seeing as it's 160s too lol

  • 179.8 today. Not sure how you gain almost 2 pounds over night. But, its still the 170's. Hopefully I can be in and out of this 160/170 thread by late Oct! Look forward to getting to know you all.
