I just weighed in this morning at 185 lbs. I started my diet and exercise regime only two weeks ago weighing in at 197.5 so I am very estatic at a 12.5lb loss, although I do know there is going to be some major slow down in loss in the coming weeks
I'm just watching what I am eating (ie. more lean protein, vegetables and fruits and less packaged junk) and am doing bootcamp 3x per week and hour spin classes 1 or 2 times per week. Hmmm, what else can I tell you about myself... well I am graduating with my BScN in nursing in just two short weeks so I am very excited. Hoping to be down a bit in weight by my graduation in June
