Hey guys.

Ugh, its TOM now, and I'm starting to feel it. Yesterday morning I saw 180.5 on the scale, and was so excited, but this morning its up to 182.5 and now I have cramps on top of that

So I talked to a nutritionist today about my seeming to stick for a cuople weeks every so often, and you know what she said? Its totally normal, dont sweat it. Its healthy in fact, it just means that I am making sustainable, healthy changes and that as long as things keep trending down and not up, all is well It made me feel better.

180 this AM. Fingers crossed for that 179 tomorrow morning.

179.8 this AM! It's not all that different from 180, but at the same time, it's that different!

After like...a two month plateau (granted, the entire two months was not me being good.) I weighed in at 189 this morning, my lowest adult weight.

Lets hope the 180s treat me a lot better than the 190s did.

Way to go InsidetheBeltway. I still have a little to go before I get to my lowest adult weight. That must feel great.

Well then perhaps I will join you Aliquot!

I just weighed in this morning at 185 lbs. I started my diet and exercise regime only two weeks ago weighing in at 197.5 so I am very estatic at a 12.5lb loss, although I do know there is going to be some major slow down in loss in the coming weeks I'm just watching what I am eating (ie. more lean protein, vegetables and fruits and less packaged junk) and am doing bootcamp 3x per week and hour spin classes 1 or 2 times per week. Hmmm, what else can I tell you about myself... well I am graduating with my BScN in nursing in just two short weeks so I am very excited. Hoping to be down a bit in weight by my graduation in June
Nice to meet you all, hopefully I won't be hanging out for long though and hopefully neither will any of you!! (haha)

Hopefully Passover will shake things up...last year I lost a bunch because of the whole no bread/cookies/cake/crackers/pasta thing.

Yesterday was my two year anni with my bf. Of course he took me out to dinner at a nice place. We got seared tuna for an appetizer and I got salmon and asparagus for dinner. SO GOOD. ...but then they brought us free creme brule with a candle in it lol. OH WELL.

Gotta get into my own place (which is happening sometime between today and next friday)! Staying with my sons' dad is killing my diet! He eats ALL day long and won't eat vegetables. So not a whole lot healthy around me. I realize I can go buy my own food but honestly I have been saving the money to buy food and things for my new place....so i am back up to 185.2 as of right now ! blah

Weighed in at 190 again this morning -- up from the 189.0 I was two days ago. Here's to hoping it's just water weight?
